Dr. Talia Marcheggiani, ND review (Cu)Re Your Fatigue by Morley Robbins, and explains the complex dynamic between iron metabolism, copper and magnesium and how they play a role in our energy production in the body and reduction of oxidative stress that leads to chronic disease. Energy is everything and a lack of energy and increase in oxidative stress may contribute to the rise in health conditions we see today. Learn how iron, copper and magnesium harness the energy from oxygen in the mitochondria to optimize our mental, emotional and physical health and keep us free from disease.

I bought Morley's book 📖 recently when I discovered the importance of Copper. After years of Zinc supplements I had extreme fatigue, grey hair, poor skin, extreme bone pain etc. When I discovered the symptoms of excess zinc intake I stopped immediately and took 2 mg Copper daily for several months and all symptoms had reversed. However just stopping zinc intake alone is enough to solve the issue. 👌 supplements are best taken occasionally or off and on...

Thank you for the testimonial. I took zinc and crashed, but copper alone isn't correcting the problem. However, I do have other stressors that might be crimping copper's impact. I need to focus there.

@@moniryousefian8782 You need to be topped off on retinol and magnesium in order to make sure your copper can be complexed into ceruloplasmin by the ATP7B "crane" that loads the copper atoms into the ceruloplasmin shuttle/activator. Otherwise, you can have reactive copper that oxidizes faster than toxic metallic iron! So, get those nutrients in line. High quality eggs from truly pastured chickens should be high in retinol. I have heard that the orange tint to a yolk is associated with higher retinol. Yellow yolks are supposedly depleted. I have not verified this. A natural form of copper is bee pollen, although it comes loaded with iron. I guess the idea is the copper is absorbed and the iron doesn't. Remember that copper absorbs with fat, so ingest the copper with a fatty drink or meal. A Rothschild recommended ingesting only copper distilled water. When I did this, my 0 PPM water turned into about 2 PPM water, and I suspect most of that was from the copper cooling tubes. In essence, he recommended micro-dosing copper throughout the day. My friend bought a kg of copper bisglycinate and shared an amount that might look like a bit less than a quarter ounce of weed in a baggy. Not that I know what that looks like -- my friend told me about it. Actually, I do know what it looks like, but have not been anywhere near the stuff in about 35 years, and have no desire to. He calculated how much distilled water to add to make the solution around two mg of copper per dropper drop. For me, that left a thick sediment at the bottom which required vigorous shaking, so I added distilled water and now get about 0.8 mg of copper. It still settles, but not as badly. I still shake it before use. Note, this is the amount of copper, not copper bisglycinate. That amount is obviously more, but I didn't bother to note the amount of glycine per drop. Again, get your retinol levels up and get your magnesium levels up.
@Starchaser63

@@moniryousefian8782 the best absorbed and effective Copper tablet supplement is Copper bisglyconate . Just 1 mg is enough if you are not taking zinc. For those who experience symptoms due to excessive zinc intake then 2 mg would be advised for around 4 weeks then just 1 mg for 4 weeks or longer if required but stopping zinc alone is enough to restore health its just that taking Copper after zinc has been stopped will help the process of healing a little faster...anyone taking zinc must always take Copper..zinc bisglyconate is most effective and eliminates any side effects..zinc at 15 mg with Copper at 2 mg to balance these minerals..bisglyconate is the preferred option 👌

@DrTaliaMarcheggianiND
@DrTaliaMarcheggianiND 2 месяца назад
Hi! You can do serum copper testing, along with zinc, vitamin A and ceruloplasmin. I'm not sure how to test how much iron is in muscles. Most should be bound in myoglobin. Excess, unbound iron likely ends up in the liver, causing NAFLD. I wouldn't take a copper supplement unless severely deficient and need to get levels up fast. It is easy to get into toxic levels and start to deplete zinc and get into problems with excess estrogen. I would take a grass-fed beef liver supplement (or consume liver) to get copper. Even in that case it can be easy to overdo it. About 2-3 ounces a week should suffice.

If you've not been diagnosed with a Copper deficiency and your in good general health then you shouldn't be concerned with Copper. Fatigue can be for a variety of reasons. Zinc is well known for causing a low Copper situation which causes Fatigue and Anemia. If your concerned then just ask a physician for a general blood test to check your vitamin / mineral status 😊

But I don't see how that could possibly be true because we would double our body weight overnight, and we certainly don't excrete waste that equals the weight of our body each day. Plant foods don't contain retinol, D3, creatine, carnitine, B12, significant amounts of copper, zinc, choline, bioavailable iron, bioavailable protein, saturated fat, vitamin K2, DHA or EPA. It's a massive and underrated challenge to receive optimal nutrition on a vegan diet and many people promoting this way of eating are either uninformed or not honest about this fact, sadly.

If you really want absorption look into Colloidal. Drs neglect to tell you the truth about ionic supplements. Everyone who has copper deficiency should look into Colloidal Copper or any other colloidal. Copper supplements take forever and accumulate in our system to toxic levels because they have a positive charge.. Colloidal Copper is processed immediately and what the body doesn't need, you urinate out. Unlike Ionic Copper, it has a negative charge and doesn't attach itself to internal organs and accumulate into toxic levels. It is the best way to process Copper or any other trace mineral.

Would you recommend a good copper supplement for a man suffering from chronic fatigue?
@wellnesspathforme6236
@wellnesspathforme6236 Год назад
Yes, look to nature. You can fight natural law, but natural law is undefeated. Eat organ meats from grass fed animals. I never ate organ meats for over 50 years... now they are pretty much all I eat. Start with heart and Rosita's cod liver oil. The heart has a tone of copper and the Rosita's provides a ton of retinol. Get some sun to break down the retinol into retinoic acid. One caveat -- this is one root cause of at least two. Acidosis will shut down the body's acid producing energy systems. One can eat an acidic Root Cause Protocol. I ate mostly dairy for three or four decades. The #1 acidic food is dairy. My sweat didn't budge the 4.5 pH strip... so 4.5 pH is a best case scenario for my interstitial fluids. This is bad. This was after 3 years of an aggressive RPC. The key elements of the RPC are alkaline, but the secondary elements can be quite acidic. I recommend synthesizing the following programs to try to Jumpstart your energy production: 1. Cure Your Fatigue by Morley Robbins 2. The pH Miracle by Dr. Robert O. Young 3. The Soy Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears. #1 addresses the motors and catalytic converters of the cells. #2 and #3 address the room ventilation into which the engines exhaust. Once acidosis sets in, the body has to shut down energy production or the acidosis will kill the person sooner rather than later.
@wellnesspathforme6236
@wellnesspathforme6236 Год назад
Just eat organ meats for copper. Pure Encapsulation has a copper supplement.. Rosita's Cod Liver Oil provides retinol. Chop the liver and put in a curry -- YT "vegan skeptic rainbow curry." Acidosis plays a role, too. Eat alkaline + RPC + Zone Diet.

@@DrTaliaMarcheggianiND There is a historical context to "copper toxicity" that most don't know. The zinc is supposed to prevent this copper toxicity. Taking zinc with copper effectively nullifies the copper's ability to become functional. This is akin to taking calcium and magnesium supplements where the calcium effectively blocks magnesium absorption. In essence, it is 9nly a calcium supplement. On to the little known historical facts. 1. The Royal and Bank8ng Families refer to themselves as "Blue Bloods." They literally named themselves this and use it as differentiator. They know how important ceruloplasmin-boujd copper is! Ceruloplasmin translates to "blue blood." Of course it does. 2. Ceruloplasmin-bound copper was injected into 30 schizophrenics in the late 1950's. One shot of it and 13 had complete and total remission. They were no longer schizophrenic. Another 13 showed significant improvement. What would a second shot have done? We don't know. Injecting Cp-Cu into humans was made illegal thereafter. No zinc was injected. They also dosed rhesus mokeys with LSD and ended their high with shots of Cp-Cu. 3. Dr. Carl Pfeiffer was instrumental in covering up the research, above. He ostensibly studied schizophrenia, and he not only covered up the cure for it, he demonized the cure for it -- Cp-Cu. The Blue Bloods have benefited a lot from this deception. 4. Pfeiffer did experiments on children with the CIA and MK-Ultra, and word is some of these children were never seen again. 5. Copper in the body is not even a meaningful term. There is Cp-bound copper which can end schizophrenia with a single shot... the absence of this form is obviously toxic, no matter what a CIA and MK Ultra operative would have you believe. Then there is the copper not bound to Cp. High levels of this copper can indeed be toxic! The best lies are packaged with some truth! 6. High levels of non-Cp-bound copper means that a person's ability to recycle iron has been compromised. Cp-Cu acts as ferroxidase which allows iron recycling.. If Cp-unbound copper is high, Cp-Cu will be low. IOW, if one has high non-Cp copper then their iron levels in their tissues will be high. 7. No copper is added to the foold supply. It is depleted. Copper can come in through birth control and water supplies. Food sources of copper are best. The copper comes from the grass... copper chelators come with GMO feed. 8. Metallic iron filings where added to the foold supply in 1941. The doses in the foold have been found to be much higher than on the label... maybe twice as high. There is 60x more iron in a healthy body than copper. 9. Focusing on copper while ignoring iron is irrational... but promoted by a CIA affiliated MK Ultra "doctor" such that the focus demonized the Cu-re and covered for what we really ought to Fe-ar... the iron. 10. Why do the Blue Bloods want to mix iron with humanity and demonize and deplete what they hold so precious for themselves? Read Daniel 2:43-44. They Money Power Royals and Blue Bloods believe God chose them to finance Biblical prophecy upon the masses, including mixing iron with humanity, and they believe their reward is to set up their kingdom over Earth as God's "most fit" creation. So they paid Pfeiffer to misdirect away from iron toxicity and put the spotlight on copper to demonize the only potential solution as the problem! It is a genius psy-op and has worked very well. 11. There is nuance to copper status. Cp-Cu copper is the gold standard. Non-Cp-Cu can be a problem. One has to know how to promote the best Cp-Cu synthesis environment in their body... and known what inhibits its formation to avoid those inhibitors. 12. Livers can be so toxic with heavy metals that zinc can be used to detox the liver. This worked for a very sick friend of mine. I took zinc due to a high Na/K hair ratio, it killed my motivation and energy (straw that broke camel's back -- lots of stressor in my life), and I took zinc well beyond the Na/K stop point. I should have stopped at 2.5, but went down to at least 1.8... and that's an average so I was actually lower. Interestingly, my Na/K dropped in a very linear fashion... it was basically a straight line for well over a year, maybe two. 13. One either understands the nuances of the applied biochemical natural law or one will invariably develop principles that don't make sense -- especially when promoted by CIA operatives to experiment on and disappear orphans. 14. Truth is far stranger than fiction. In the movie Lucy, the superpower injection fluid was ceruloplasmin colored. The Blue Bloods ultimately financed that movie... to mock us, perhaps? In the movie Spectral, it was metallic iron filings that crippled the spirits of those trapped entities and sucked away all their energy. Again... is it more mockery deployed at the unfit eating their energy siphoning iron filings while watching the movie? Only the fit survive, so if the masses aren't fit enough to "get a clue" when depicted on the big screen, the Blue Bloods believe we defy natural law and deserve to not survive like "the fit."

Saying retinol is different from beta carotene is like comparing babies and adults and saying they're not the same ie human. Beta carotene converts to retinol in the animal body. We convert it, animals convert it. How Morely could miss this is very surprising.

They are different molecules, different in their actions and bioavailability. We convert B-carotene to retinol at a sometimes 28:1 ratio (depending on genetic factors, the nutritional status of the person, and factors present in food). They are certainly not interchangeable and don't convert at a 1:1 ratio like babies and adults, and some people are very poor converters and cannot rely on B-carotene for their source of retinol.
@randont
@randont 6 месяцев назад
@@DrTaliaMarcheggianiND It's got a bottleneck for a reason. You do NOT want too much retinol. It converts to retinoic acids. Accutane is a prime example of a retinoic acid. Trisenox/tretinoin, a chemotherapeutic agent, another example of a retinoic acid. You do not want excesses of either. You will get them by supplementing retinol in fish oil.
