THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!!🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌💗💗 ENJOYED this thoroughly!! As always, your commentary makes it so much Better!!👌👌👌👌 Dimash has talked about being in films before (has been in a few...no major roles) and always insists that he's No Actor and wouldn't know how...he'd be embarrassed....which always makes me smile.😄🥰 I think he IS one already....he has the Instinct built into his DNA. He has ALEAYS been able to convey emotion with his eyes, face, hands, body ...without singing a single note. I'm Convinced this will be the next major move for him. He's NEVER satisfied...always searching, tweaking, adding, creating New things....there's only so much more he can do with singing; it's Perfection already. Thanks Cedric!!👍👍👍💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏

HOW DIMASH CAME TO BE DIMASH by yours truly, Erik. Written in a moment of Dimash inspired, contemplation - contemplative reverie, which I am sure you share with me, Cedric! AND THEN, the fateful day arrived when Dimash asked God. "Father, may I please go down to earth for a lifetime and sing for the people there?" God frowned, looked dismayed and sternly said - with dark clouds, thunder and lighting ominously flashing in the background: "You mean, instead of singing for me every morning, night and day, that I will have to do without you, be deprived, made bereft? And, what about the Celestial Angels? Who's going to teach them how to sing if you aren't here? Do you realize? How much you are asking of me - to give up?" Dimash smiled and said. "Father, you always did have a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to make me smile but, you are too kind, and I unworthy of such high praise yet needless to say, honored and grateful, but in terms of eternity one lifetime away from You won't seem like that much and don't think I won't miss You too. But, this is important to me. The world's going through a hard time now and maybe I can help with my singing to lighten, lift things and people up a bit. Besides, you can always listen in whenever you wish, as we both know." God replied: "OH, OK! Have things your way, but don't think for a second I'm going to like it!" God said smiling.

Great reaction, Cedric. I really enjoy your insightful comments. In 2018 Maestro Krutoy initiated his collaboration with Dimash, presenting him with this beautiful lyrical composition. This was the first gift from Igor Krutoy to the young talented and very promising singer. Dimash performed the song for the first time in the program “Central Television” on the NTV channel, and shortly after at a concert dedicated to the Police and Internal Affairs Servicemen’s Day of the Russian Federation. The video you reacted to is a recording of this performance - this is why you see so many uniforms in the audience. It was also only the second time Dimash performed in public with Igor Krutoy. After a successful premiere, the song became one of Dimash’s and his Dear's favorite hits, and often sung together at concerts.

Cedric I knew you would love this song, when I knew you were going to premier this song I went back and watched all your reactions to Dimash’s songs again, I loved them all. I know what you mean when you say you don’t want to react to Dimash all the time, it’s as if you want savour his voice and performances like your favourite box of chocolates or wine (I wouldn’t know about the wine I don’t drink alcohol), I just love the explanation you give of his voice, stage presence, background (colours) on the stage, thanks again, I suppose you could say you’re my favourite box of chocolates, see you on the next reaction.

Cedric, I’m glad you’re taking your time with Dimash. The journey of Dimash is a marathon, not a sprint. The Love of Tired Swans does have a very avant garde video that’s worth a watch. Always appreciate your perspective while watching and all of us Dears know that we can watch the videos uninterrupted on Dimash’s channel anytime, so we are appreciating the value you add by watching your reaction. The “aria” that Dimash performs in this reminds my of the ave Maria Dimash added to Love is Like a Dream. Gorgeous! Always appreciated.

Oh my goodness. I love your enthusiastic reaction, the pure joy you feel from his whole performance. I feel so similar. He just takes me in completely, I love everything you say. I so wish you were in my world, can I adopt you, (I would love to adopt Dimash but there is not even a sliver of a chance he would ever read so much as a text from me, so I have more of a chance with you 🤪). NO ONE in my world will be dimashified. 😱😩😖. I have no one to enthuse and rave about Dimash with. I read a comment which I will slightly adapt to Australian’s “if you have been brought up on margarine your whole life, you will not like butter, when you are given it. You are not capable of appreciating the real thing”. Well, all the Australians around me were brought up on radio pop and are not capable of appreciating perfection when they hear it. They just say, yeah he is good but….. not my kind of music, will not even listen to another song to see he can do ANY kind of music. I had no knowledge of vocal technique and don’t like opera at all (unless sung by Linda Rondstat in Pirates of Penzance) but I only heard one verse of sos to fall completely under his spell and know I was listening to perfection. If metal heads and heavy rockers and rappers can love Dimash, why can’t the musically deaf people around me. I have listened and watched (much prefer to watch) him for hours a day in the few months since I discovered him. No interest in tv or movies or other performers, just Dimash, who I listen to on headphones while my husband has the radio on. (With commercials that make you want to scream). I sing along very badly with Dimash with headphones on, at the top of my voice but he would prefer to hear that than listen to Dimash. Is he insane?

May I just say that OMG you have beautiful eyes and such a nice smile. I just discovered Dimash about a month ago. He is AMAZING! I love your reactions; your interpretations and discussion of his voice and ability, the video production qualities, and all your content are awesome. Very thoughtful and thorough and I can appreciate the videos more after watching your reactions. Well done! And though I'm 65 years old, I too am in love with Dimash, lol. It would be a dream come true to see him live! He's very pleasant to look at, he sings with such emotion, and it just sucks you in. You're fairly pleasant to look at as well! On to the next video!!

Thanks so much, Cedric - though I must admit my surprise when discovering you'd reacted to one of Dimash's stage performances of «Love Of Tired Swans», and not the music video? But no matter, I was still so happy to join you for this stunningly beautiful song, that I've loved so much that its lyrics became the first I ever fully learned in Russian! As always, Dimash's vocal and technical skills are matched only by his passion, presence, and emotional connectivity - he really is, the king of storytellers! - but it's at 9:50 where he flips into his soprano-esque "angel" voice, and plays that most *gorgeous* of vibrato duets with the orchestral violins, that leaves me totally captivated and barely able to speak - it's just, glorious! So may I ask, if you would kindly consider *also* checking out the aforementioned music video? Because despite having watched -countless- (more than 3800😳!) reactions to Dimash over the years, you're still able to bring a fresh and new perspective that is as informative and entertaining, as it is unique - and I need more, more, MORE, please? Pretty please? Pretty please with a cherry on the top? Pretty please, with a cherry on the top, whipped cream and sprinkles? Pretty please, with a cherry on the top, whipped cream and sprinkles, chocolate *and* cherry sauce? Pretty please, with a... well, I think you get the picture, lol! And if not this particular track, it would be awesome to hear your thoughts on the backstage version of his «Phantcity» mini-movie for example, or his (very artsy) music video for «Know»? Honestly though, whichever way you decide, I want to thank you again for another great video - sending much love and best wishes your way, from this "over the Pond" Dear - mwah!😘😊💐

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO THE "ETHERIAL" PART AGAIN!!!! EXACTLY MY WORD TOO! Love the depth and detail of your Director/singer analysis so insightful!!! GOD ALMIGHTY - I KNOW HE WORKED REALLY REALLY HARD, SMART AND FOR A LONG LONG TIME TO DEVELOP THIS, BUT DAMN IT IS STILL OUT OF THIS GALAXY!!! By the way there is this GREAT interview with his VOICE teacher on RU-vid. He said that at one point he was worried because Dimash was "addicted" to Falsetto singing. The teacher was NOT!!! happy about it as it's not academically acceptable and this was some famous music academy that his Grandmother first brought him to at age 5. Dimash was the youngest student ever accepted at age 5. So the teacher made known to Dimash his concern about his "addiction" to Falsetto singing. The teacher laughs as he tells the story that as he approached school each day he could hear Dimash singing loud and at FULL VOICE in Falsetto in the upstairs of the school "but somehow he (Dimash) could ALWAYS sense my arrival, and Dimash would stop just before I entered the school ...silence!....I have always wanted to ask him how he knew I was coming". And so as I listened to this story I thought THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MOST male TRAINING SINGERS DON'T DO, WHICH IS SPEND A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME DEVELOPING THEIR FALSETTO AND HEAD VOICE RANGE TO BE AS POWERFUL AND STAMINA STRONG AS THEIR CHEST AND MID RANGES.....FROM A YOUNG AGE!!!.....I BET BECAUSE HE TRAINED IT TO BE SO POWERFUL FROM SUCH A YOUNG AGE for such a LARGE part of his daily training THAT IS IN PART, IN ADDITION TO GENETICS, WHY HE CAN DO ALL THIS AMAZING STUFF.....TRAINING SERIOUSLY SINCE 5....HE HAS A FAMOUS DRAWING THAT HE DID AT 4 OF HIM ON STAGE WITH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS VERY WELL DRAWN BY THE WAY....HE DREW THIS TO SHOW HIS PARENTS WHAT HE WANTED TO DO WITH HIS LIFE! Also, this video shows Dimash at 13...you can see that talent was there , but he worked hard to polish that diamond to what it is today! on RU-vid: DIMASH AS A YOUNG SINGER - Димаш Кудайберген - молодой певец 565 views•Jun 4, 2021

He sing from the heat and has so many instincts about how his body language speaks to us and he has that scene in his mind & he does it because he is so serious & Heartfelt. He He is a great actor to me as well and anyone looks that great and beautiful should be seen by the whole WORLD. That is what await.

If you had watched all of his performances on "The Singer 2017", you would have seen that Dimash had a habit of going to his knees. Beginning with The Show Must Go On, Adagio, Daybreak, and Cnfessa/ Diva Dance performances. Also, in his digital performance of SOS. I believe he is not showing off, it is just his style. You missed a lot of wonderful performances of Dimash during his time on The Singer 2017. It would have been a great way to have seen the progression in his singing from then until now. On that show, he was only 22, and the youngest and the first foreigner to have been invited to participate. Actually, they did not expect him to make it past the first two performances. The other singers were professionals with established careers and 12-39 yrs. his senior. Ne took second place only because they could not allow a young, less experienced singer to win over their beloved professionals. So no, he's not showing off, it's just his style.

As you know Cedric, Igor Krutoy, came out of retirement to work with Dimash because he could not resist that voice. Many of the scores you are reviewing were made for Dimash, some I don't believe anyone else can sing. I would really love to hear David Foster work with him as he has plans to come to America to work. Dimash has held the #1 position on MTV requests for some time now. He did the ARNAU Tour in New York as a sold-out smash. I feel he is ready for the madness, although I loath the music industry. PS you need to look up Igor's biography.

👉 Dimash sang this song here, for the first time on March 8, 2019, International Women's Day in the Moscow Kremlin. Even if Lara Fabian had sung the song before (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ne0oX2L5Wng.html), it was completely revised and Mikhail Gutseriev, Igor Krutoy and Dimash Kudaibergen gave all women a wonderful gift. Igor Krutoy, playing the piano here at the premiere, is a music titan in Russia (billionaire) and a famous composer who came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. Both have been working together from time to time since 2018 and have a father-son relationship. Dimash had already won numerous international music competitions, but only became a real star for the Russian audience after the TV festival “Song of the Year 2018” with the award for the song “Love of Tired Swans”. The response to the song was great - endless applause and a sea of flowers: “The breathtakingly beautiful melody enables Dimash Kudaibergen to demonstrate his fantastic voice over a range of more than six octaves, and the incredibly soulful lines and images of Mikhail Gutserievs Poems penetrate the most intimate corners of the soul. “(Mikhail Gutseriyev - entrepreneur and poet, one of the 200 richest Russians, also wrote the words for 'Know': ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rUSvj8UvFLo.html) 🌼🇩🇪 👉 You should also check out the MV of the song - a masterpiece: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-92r47QSRYBI.html and backstage video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-P5I4dNWO5zk.html

For those who love Dimash, another must see singer is Zhou Shen from China. Because of his small stature, feminine disposition and voice, he was often bullied in school. Never thinking that he had what it takes to be a singer, he went to the Ukraine to become a dentist. While there, he was convinced that he did have a great singing ability, thus transferred his major to music. Thank goodness he did. As an introduction into Zhou "Charlie" Shen, begin with his premiere performance on the Voice of China singing HuanYan. After this first video, move on to his versions of "Memory", and "Time to Say Goodbye". For something different from him, watch his version of "Ring the Doorbell", "Let It Go" and "Monsters". Last, but definitely not least (there is so much more from him), enjoy the videos, "This is Me" and a very unique and fun song (one of my favs) "Da La Beng Ba". His biggest success is the song "Big Fish". While Dimash is the best singer in the world, Zhou Shen replicates many of Dimash's qualities and even surpasses Dimash in some skills, such as number of languages and diversity of genres. While I will always love listening to Dimash, it is amazing to see the exposure that other marvelous singers, such as Zhou Shen, Marcelito Pomoy, Sohyang, and Morissette Amon are getting on the world stage.

Hi Cedric. Just wanted to say you had me in stitches at the way you geeked out at the thought of singing with Dimash. One simply cannot fake that nervous/excited giggle or the tremor in your voice at the mere idea........oh, my hat. I'm still laughing! On the plus side, never say never! As always, a wonderful reaction. I really appreciate your particular perspective. You mention things that absolutely have bearing on the performance, that vocal coaches tend to gloss over.

I love how much you also love our angel Dimash. I feel so privileged and blessed to have him "in" my life every day. I never liked opera, because of the high pitched female voices that irritated my ears, but I've been listening non-stop to Dimash for 18 months now without tiring. His voice truly is angelic! Love from a South African Dear.

Isn't Dimash's every tone amazing. Doesn't matter if it's high, low, whistle, vibrato, breathy or fry. I love it all.

I feel just the same - I mean, before Dimash I'd listen to various UK and US mainstream bands, and always in the English language - and I'd certainly never have thought I'd be listening to/watching one artist all day, every day, and never get bored - and I've been a Dear for two years now!

His first performance in the Kremlin. I would have been a wreck but Dimash appears calm and cool.

Igor Krutoy, world renowned Russian pianist, composer, singer, producer, comedic actor. Probably the wealthiest musician in the world, worth $13 billion in 2013. Came out of retirement to work with Dimash after he heard Dimash sing Sinful Passion. Igor composed this song as well as several others for Dimash. He also did a lot of work with Lara Fabian. Also rearranged some songs he composed for Lara to fit Dimash. If you haven’t heard her, check out Je Suis Malade. You’ll be blown away, just like Dimash. She and Dimash have done a few songs together. My favorite is Ti Amo Cosi, a trio with Aida Garifullina for Igor’s birthday celebration at Moscow Ice Palace. You’ll hear Dimash’s incredibly rich operatic baritone voice. Glorious, but he does hold back some when singing with the ladies. As always, thank you for your reaction.

What with those eyes? Sparkling! They are so so beautiful. I know I made you blushed. Btw I do enjoy and appreciate that you go at length telling your side of the story on every Dimash song. I see better and understand better and feel better too.

I really liked your comment: "It's not about doing something new every time; it's about doing something honest every time." That is really what it's all about. If you are honest, follow your calling and do your best, you can only arrive at doing something excellent and people will certainly respect you.

Each song Dimash makes is as if it were the only one, or the last ... he puts his voice, body and soul into it. He is a magnificent performer, a "monster" on stage. I thank the universe for bringing it into my life 💖

Here is a guy that is doing something with the cards he was given. He's not hiding his light under a bush. Dimash is worthy of his own talent. I always think of Christ teachings when I hear him sing although he is himself a Muslim.🌟💛🌟
