I wanna see tiny, insignificant, crimes caught on Twitch. Like a streamer caught jaywalking, or messing around with a gumball machine and getting a free gumball out of it.
I had a coworker that would bring up the topic of AI child p*rn quite frequently, and he was unfortunately also on the ass-backwards reasoning of being in favor of it. He would mention it so frequently at work that some of my other (female) coworkers had to discuss our concerns to our manager. I'm not sure if he was every directly fired, but I was sure as hell relieved to see I wasn't scheduled to work with him anymore.
I feel like that should be good enough evidence to castrate someone. I understand that it might sound cruel but as soon as someone acts like a predator we need to remove their drive to do that sort of thing.

Does that person that suggested AI CP realize that the only way to train AI to generate this content is by feeding it terabytes of real CP? Holy shit Twitter is a wasteland.
Yeah Twitter legit needs to be carpet bombed, they don't also realize that they will get tired of it and find actual CP or do something completely evil. Just like sharks they'll get a taste and want more. Completely and utterly evil and sicking. Twitter really needs to be deleted for that idea.
@@marvelfan1287 The FBI has an archive of CP seized during investigations. Each image and shit is tagged with a unique identifier that allows Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, and I believe Twitter to automatically find and remove posts containing those images and bans the user. Whenever you report a post for containing that material, it is also saved by the platform to a database to then be used to discover other users sharing them and blocking them and reporting them to the authorities.
Watching these darkweb/iceberg videos always remind me of Wendigoon's finale on the end of the "serial killer iceberg" videos. He doesn't forget to tell people that humans are incredible, and there is so much people working to make good of our society. That stuff like these are just one in a million cases whose perpetrators will end up facing consequences for their actions, and that good will always end up rising, no matter how long it may seen. It's the stuff that some people have in their minds, with unfortunately many people do not and end up doing harm to others or even themselves. So leave this note, these are lone cases which are not repeated, soon enough this will be erradicated and the degenerates will be caught.
"Streamers are responsible for any content shown on stream." ...including an unexpected jacking of their own car, which they definitely did not intend or desire? Good job, Twitch! Victim blaming TOS isn't fucking weird at all.
Knew this dude a few years back who got caught on 4chan at work looking at Loli porn. The amount of his friends that came to his defense was absolutely fucking disgusting.
Think about it like this, we have found it to be proven that violent video games reduce violent crimes. So why would some legal form of CP that doesn't harm anyone not reduce crimes against children?
quick thing, no you cant get arrested for lolicon in the US, they CAN use it as evidence if you have charges involving children, but you arent going to be prosecuted for loli alone
Late to this video but in certain countries where censorship is terrible TOR is an absolute blessing. It also hides it's users by making them all look the same so it's nearly impossible to identify someone as long as the host device or network isn't compromised.
Couldn’t agree more. Not only would there be more CP, but there’d be some even sicker fucks giving the AI guys some sorta “Oh, but it doesn’t have the same spark to it as the original” bullshit.
Tbh, many pedophiles literally suffer from being like that. Having a "healthy" outlet - such as porn or hentai - can help. Although, consuming too much porn isnt good for the brain anyway. I wonder if there is a study on the subject regarding pedophiles..
I honestly don't watch and don't want to watch porn of any kind, but there's a fine line that separates, that differentiates "consumption from time to time" from borderline addiction. Sure, some people that consume such content aren't straight-up pedophiles or porn addicts, but have their own reasons like you said, an "outlet". You're right, if there _is_ a study on the subject, it'd be interesting. I'm not a psychologist, so we'd have to leave the study to someone else. Till then, let's hope the metaphorical tree of the AI idea doesn't bear any fruit.
True but pick your poison not much else of an option if they haven't committed crimes then they're innocent and u cant just go kill people that are weird and creepy then your a murderer and goto prison for life so pick the lesser evil

The North Hollywood Shootout is used for the opening scene in the movie SWAT. Much of the footage used was actually from the real shootout. A deleted scene showed the officers acquiring the rifles from the local shop.
Twitch could very easily delete the VOD and Archive it for Police Investigations instead of straight up banning the Streamer for being the victim of a crime with LIVE evidence. Big L for Twitch and their rep
Yeah I wouldn't really be that surprised if some people actually have put babies in blenders. Planned Parenthood already harvests and sells fetal tissue from abortions illegally. A third trimester abortion literally involves an infant that can survive outside the womb getting torn limb from limb, so...yeah.
The protect act that I'm guessing was cited is erroneous to loli most of the time. lots of peeps cite it but the requirements to be punished for loli "art" require that images be indistinguishable from real life which most of the time is not the case. That is also where suggestions that AI generated images would solve anything would also be problematic (also stupid), depending on the degree of realism generated by the AI program, you would then be in a position to possibly face charges for being in possession of said "art".
thats not how local law describes it. IK in SC the law says "if it depicts minors" and then lists a bunch of forms including drawings whether on paper or digital. So yeah Loli is likely illegal in your state according to state laws. Besides even if it is legal, your still a pedo for being attracted to lewd drawings of underage girls.
I was looking through these comments to see if anyone was talking about the Loli part cause Loli characters never look like actual kids yet people will still cite the protection act. Seen it before on Twitter and Reddit of all places.

Like he will openly criticize the active psychotherapetic pursuit of allowing fabricated pornography to sexual offenders as an outlet for a non harmful form of sexual expression and becsuse it's simply beyond his cognitive capacity to think beyond his narrow view, he deems it "disgusting" without any sort of context. Newa flash, personal disgust isnt a thought, its not an argument, it's not anything but your discomfort about a topic you dont understand. If "that's disgusting" doesnt work for trans issues or homosexual issues, why would it work for this? I find it ironic coming from Americans to decry fabricated sexual content involving minors as a demonstrable way to decreasing sex crimes (look up the psyche studies) in a country that regularly normalizes forced genital mutilation of newborns....I couldn't think of a more hypocritical stance between being outraged by fabricated sexual content, within a culture that has essentially universally defended and normalized infant sexual abuse via genital cutting. Dont think too hard charlie you dont get paid to do that, your stans clearly dont care either..
My understanding of TOR is that it itself isn't the "Dark Web," but instead a way to *access* it made by the Navy. The thing is, it's very easy for the owners of illegal content to see if someone is accessing their content and the method they are doing so. If only the Navy uses TOR, then when the content owners see a person accessing them is using TOR they'd immediately know a Fed is watching them. So, the Navy decided to make TOR easily accesible and usable by the general public so that when the Content Owner sees someone accessing their content via TOR, they can't tell if it's a Fed or a Genuine Customer.

*Most common legal uses for Tor:* *1.* Business people use Tor to keep their company strategies private *2.* Activists use Tor to freely express their opinions and beliefs *3.* Workers use Tor to fight for justice without fear of losing their job *4.* Everyday people use Tor to avoid being followed by marketing ads *5.* Bloggers use Tor to rally people toward social reform *6.* Journalists use Tor to securely investigate stories they are reporting on *7.* People use Tor to safely stay connected with their friends and family Just a few examples for anyone curious…
Plus, it's great for being truly anonymous. Tor is great for that because almost everyone who uses it has the same fingerprint. It's near impossible to be anonymous through basic means, such as a VPN, and anti-tracking browser addons. The harder you try to stay anonymous on a public browser, the more unique your fingerprint is, so you essentially make yourself stand out even *more*, and it makes it extremely easy to be identified by someone. With Tor, you look the same as everyone else. You'd be surprised how many pieces of information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, can be used to identify someone. All the way down to the size of your monitor/application.

Seriously, just give the robbers what they want. I work in a pharmacy and during our yearly training, we have a whole module about what to do in these kinds of situations. They literally say “don’t be a hero.” Just keep yourself and others safe and give them what they want. Once they leave, call police. There are cameras everywhere, you’ll get your stuff back/replaced, but you don’t wanna get hurt or even killed
Total compliance with armed robbers works ~75% of the time (by "works", I mean that the robbers leave without injuring anyone)... However, drawing a gun, and firing if needed, works ~95% of the time. Armed robbers don't want to deal with a "hard" target. At the first sign of resistance, almost all armed robbers will simply flee... With haste! There's also the difference in the way that the injuries are inflicted. In the 25% of the time when the robber does injure their victim, without the victim trying to defend themselves, it's often severe. In maybe 1/2 of those cases (so, ~12.5% or 1/8th of the time)... The robber's goal isn't really the robbery, but inflicting pain, injury and/or death to their victims. Sometimes this'll be effectively torture. In the 5% of the time when someone takes defensive action, the injuries are almost always because of the 2 way exchange of gunfire... But, the robber *will* be trying to leave at that point, even if they manage to score a hit on the defender. Here's the reality: The best defense is to have a plan beforehand. If your plan *is* compliance, and you're not going to resist... Commit to that. Accept that you're putting your life and well-being in the hands of someone evil enough to rob you. Know your "no go" signs. An example of this, for me, would be: I would absolutely NOT let a robber restrain me (zip-ties, hand-cuffs, etc.). IF that happened, regardless of what else was happening, that would be 1 of the signs that I absolutely need to resist RIGHT THEN. Another example would be attempting to take to another location... Another would be a "warning shot", because that actually tells me that the weapon is real, and they are willing and able to use it. If your plan is to defend yourself: Commit to that plan. Get training. Get the appropriate equipment. Carry on person. Carry every day. Know that your skills are top-notch, and know your go-signals for counter ambushes.
This "don't be a hero" thing is corporate nonsense. It's trying to protect the larger company from lawsuits if their employees do something wrong, at least for the most part.

A large use for the dark web is that journalists in places with restrictive laws can use it to post stuff anonymously. Also if you're in a place like that tor can allow you to avoid surveillance.
The main reason for the dark web is being able to freely browse the web. in china and tons of other places ( think N Korea, or Russia now) where people get killed or just disappear just for looking for certain things. it makes a safe place for journalists and anyone living oppressed to safely share and learn. THAT is the main reason for tor.

Just a slight correction on the legality of loli content: While federal law outlaws loli art, Title V Section 502 provides a legal defense if the loli content does not involve any actual minors. This keeps people from using the "it's just art" defense if they used a real minor or event that actually happened with a minor to draw their piece but allows people who didn't involve a real life minor at any point to use the "No victim, no crime" defense. BUT to use that defense, it can't be "indistinguishable from reality" so the AI idea that somebody mentioned that would produce realistic content would not fly
Iirc drawn loli was illegal until the law that said it was deemed unconstitutional or something along those lines but I don't remember the exact reason why.
Ultimately the legality is highly uncertain in general because people are rarely prosecuted for it. I don't think anyone besides a lawyer is qualified to have an opinion on the legality of any drawing that could be construed as depicting a minor in the USA. Canada is a lot more litigious about this kind of stuff, I wouldn't call anything for sure legal over there. In general if you live in North America treating all drawings of fictional characters like you would treat banned literature is probably wise. Censorship is alive and well it would seem.
Thats not true, a big percentage are just your average exit scams, frauds, snake oil and so on. Even all that drug selling sites are real but 95% are exit scams and the rest is legit. That Hollywood shooting incident was actually insane and something for the history books, glad Charlie talked about it on stream for people who never knew.
To clarify in the US Loli is legal. The reason many claim it's illegal is because they always refer to the protect act which was deemed unconstitutional later. Even the FBI and Organizations aimed at helping children ask that people not fill the reports with loli as it's wasting resources towards helping actual children.
Using vpns with tor is like using "incognito mode" with slightly more measures to not get locked into algorithms and government stuff. A lot of legit stuff happens and reporters and good people relay info just as much as the bad people.
