In this Acute Shoulder Injury Evaluation with Paul Marquis PT I evaluate this gentleman who slipped on the ice one day ago and injured his shoulder. I'm suspecting a supraspinatus and subscapularis injury. I demo the belly press test, the bear hug test, empty can test and perform manual muscle testing to come to my conclusion.

thank you so much for having a real patient and for explaining the "why" so well. Far more helpful than watching videos of UE tests performed on people with no issues

I've had a shoulder injury, my Xray and MRI are normal. My shoulder looks fine but as soon as I work with it, it starts paining, also I can hear a crack sound coming from the joint while rotating my shoulder. What to do ? Which physio exercises to do to get over it?
