Honestly I’ve had at least 6 or these for years and have never had one fail like that. It does feel sketchy riding with the engine right in front of you like it is. I have some covers for it I can throw on.
Lol, the covid mask made me laugh. Gotta love these predators, amazing bang for your buck. I built one for the first time for a drift trike project last summer, not sure what it's putting out but it's screaming over 7700rpm and launches like a bat out of hell and drifts without drift sleeves.
Yeah back when they were $100 it was a crazy good deal. Now that they went up in price I’ve been buying the tillotson 212. You’re right though, they are cheap and reliable but you’ll always have those people talking crap about them.
