How do I change the effectiveness distance? I need to press the handle too far for it to do anything!

Worked Perfectly. My handle didn't have an allen bolt, but only required using a pion such as a paperclip to get the handle off.

I cannot get the handle completely off. It loosens, however it will not remove. Any ideas? It is now looser than when I started. I tried from both sides and cannot get either one off (after watching multiple videos).

This does not work! I poked several things into that little hole and NOTHING HAPPENED. I hate door knobs with concealed screw and will never use them again. I HATE HAVING A HOUSE. EVERYTHING BREAKS AND NOTHING IS EASY.
