For informational purposes (at least) Christians believe that Jesus rose from the dead after his crucifixion and later (about 40 days) ascended to heaven. SO, he did NOT decompose. You don't have to believe this but so you can be better informed... Otherwise, I find the skit to be quite funny.
Uhhh... that is the point. She doesn't buy into the fairytale and thus believes that if the stories of Jesus were based off of a real person who walked the Earth, he was worm food a LONG time ago. You can believe, but don't tout faith as facts. They aren't the same thing. Inform yourself.
The rule should be never say anything to a woman in the street you wouldn't want a woman to say to you. A gay dude in prison making sexual comments to you will rape you in the shower. It is not comparable.
@Backlash1818 Mobile Gaming Channel there is a diffence between yelling aggressively and complimenting a woman. Simply hitting on a woman is diffrent than being super agrissive with it. Also the diffrence is if a guy comes at me with s3xual aggrision i can and will. Beat him to a pulp. I wont a women.
@Backlash1818 Mobile Gaming Channel actually i know some aggressive lesbians that would find her cute. Id retaliate by sending them at her. See if she would be as offended by women getting handsy and stuff as she would a couple guys saying she has a nice ass. Sending aggressive lesbians at a straight woman is the same as she did it here with the dudes. Big Bertha who likes young girls and just got out the pen.lol
but would they really be bothered? sticks and stones and that. Assumption that men would make such a deal about it as a woman? A lot of men would perhaps retaliate but if they knew they couldn't they'd just put up with it.
@@redf7209 still even mens wouldn't to much bother but it's annoying that heard insults all day long, also worst the guys Wednesday hired look more scary so yeah, definitely annoying things Also there's chance two guys dating someone then the guys Wednesday hired insults them in front of their dates, well.... It's will not end well
@@ilminurul8964 The guys weren't that scary, depends on what you are used to I suppose. Men know looks are not relevant to threat level. On your second point, I'd laugh it off.

She is an example of a sugar mommy. She richer than Paris Hilton. I wonder how she chooses a guy or is she a lesbian. She looks very difficult to impress. Its obvious that she is pychic. She knows all about you upon meeting her. No secrets with her.
I'm sure she didn't hire them. She probably either "caused" them to be released from whichever institutions they were residing in at the time, or she raised them from the dead.
@@Nightwish9991 She is into men. There was an episode where she hooked up with a guy and then--well, you clearly have not seen it, so I don't want to spoil it. Also, she went on an online date with a guy but that--again, won't spoil it.
Everybody needs a Bob. Breathers can bring you back from the dead after they killed you. CPR and all of that. You just have to tell him what to do. But you can't because you're dead. Tuff.
My grey taskbar (spellchecker) wrote that all by itself. I didn't look at what the words that popped up, I just tapped on the same area..my tablet is haunted.
After all the years gone by, Melissa, you still rock the Wednesday Addams look. I would love to see this as a series, but circumstances prevent such a thing. I often find myself coming back to watch the 2 seasons time after time if only to relive the wonder that it holds. It's a shame "entitled owners" prevent your expression. At least we have 2 seasons to relish!
Nobody is stopping Melissa Hunter from coming up with original characters and making videos about those characters. Nobody is stopping Melissa Hunter from continuing the "Adult Wednesday Addams" series and facing a lawsuit as a result. She chose to discontinue the project because a) she is smart b) defending herself in court would be a very expensive undertaking and c) she realizes that she would almost certainly lose because as a writer and producer she knew full well from the start that this was a blatant example of copyright infringement. "Entitled owners". You are a moron. Ownership is exactly what entitles you.
Melissa has created the most iconic character (Wednesday Addams) and her genius/insight/humor should be allowed to expand and improve the whole film industry. It’s been years since anyone has created a character as iconic as Wednesday Addams
@@anniej844 Wednesday as a specific character was first seen in the mid 40's , the AF comic strip was out in '38 or '39 . In my opinion the character wasn't really fully developed until the AF Tv series in '64 and Ms Loring's portrayal of Wednesday is the one I picture when I think of the character. Just my opinion, and my two cents worth, for what it's worth.
I was thinking of something for TV, or even a web series with a longer runtime. I binge watched the available episodes and I was more than impressed. Of course, there's copyright laws to be worried about, but if the original creators got on board, it would be a hit
They ruin it because they aren't making any money off of it. Its like when a movie studio own a IP that someone wants to make a movie about but isn't willing to get them what they are asking for so will continue to sit on it until they can off load it for a profit.
@@TheIGITnBLUE they should have hired Melissa Hunter as she was already presenting as the adult Wednesday. She has already set up the character and knows that character intimately.
its a shame that Melisa Hunter can't make more of these videos, I love them soo much. But thanks for re-uploading them since they were taken down from her channel
Yes, a real shame. This episode was going off the charts when it was launched, and as a small contributor to her crowd funding of this series, I was super excited for her success with this series, and then the corporate lawyer types got involved on behalf of the Addams Foundation, and screwed it all up. Not that the Foundation has done much with "The Addams Family" property lately.
I think its great that she brought the character back but maybe they didn't like the image she was associating with the character and franchise.I could see this as a show on Comedy Central
No, it was more than she was using their "Intellectual Property" without permission and making money in the process. Personally I would have liked to have seen them offer her a flexible licence arrangement to see just how far she could take it. Like you say it could have become a very successful show on Comedy Central, and they could have made money from it, but once lawyers get involved creativity dies.
This perfectly illustrates why catcalling is wrong. I wish that I could do this to every single person who has ever catcalled. The world would be a much better place for it.
It feels threatening to the people who are getting catcalled. It may not be harmful physically, but I can assure you it is terrifying having no idea if they are going to chase you and try to touch you. And please. Pretty much all catcalls are pervert comments. @T. G.
@T. G. see, that's where you fall wrong. Catcalling inherently means that someone is crudely and whistling at you with disapproval and has evolved to include the disgusting and perverted things people usually say to strangers. What you said is good catcalling is simply just complimenting. If you go ahead and with good intentions say something good to someone, even a stranger it's called complimenting. All catcalling is bad catcalling and harassment.
@Michael Just because we men are held to account when we say sexist, vulgar things to women, the place must be a Nazi regime? That's some strange "logic". Personally, I have never cat-called anyone. I find it disrespectful and associate it with men who are, in general, insecure in their masculinity. But maybe that's why I am happily married to a wonderful wife of 15 years, whom I treat as my equal partner.
@Michael The vulgarity of it all is uncomfortable. I mean I'm barely a teenager and I've had several men, quite literal when I mean "men" (late 20s and up) catcall me from the other side of the street and even trying to get me to reveal private information about myself. So yes catcalling does affect people and can potentially harm. To see you speak about it so ignorantly kind of lets me down. To you it can be I'm "complimenting you", but technically harassment is unwanted and inappropriate verbal and/or physical conduct. And what I went through is definitely unwanted. There's difference between complimenting a person and making a remark towards a person based off the sexual nature. Like you catcalling situations can escalate very quickly.
Hang in there. When women hit the their late forties we become so invisible for a couple of decades we could rob banks in broad daylight and no one would notice. You don't show up on anyone's radar again until you hit retirement age and they try to flog you old age/retiree products and services.
Wambui Kinuthia I don't. Females since the age of freaking 8 face enough gender-based abuse and sexual harassment on the streets. We don't need more harassers. They're not cool nor funny. They're true problems. Just saying. Have a nice day.
@@miriamweller812 I fear I don't take it that seriously. The show, brief as it was on, was in fun and not real, my comment was just in fun and not meant literally. Interesting it took 5 years for anyone to notice? ☺
Amazingly this is SO MUCH BETTER than many tv series or movies lately, her tension is awesome as the dialogues so intriguing, she should be doing more of this show, great clip!!!👏👏👏👏
The fact that this was back in 2015 an no one ever made a full blown series of it, just shows that most studios don't see gold, even if you shove it right under their noses! What a shame - this is pure genius!!!
Adult Wednesday Adams was a BRILLIANT concept! The never get old! I revisit them once in a while and they never fail to bring a twisted smile to my face!
@@ajstudios9210 Wednesday wouldn't do this. If she was actually bothered, she'd most likely just smile at them, which should make them fuck off on their own. But, if she wanted to go further, why hire some men to do the job when she's fully capable of murdering people on her own?
Viper actually looks like he would be secretly a good dude but Bob's the breather just got me !!!! couldn't stop laughing he's clearly the most hardcore at the mall
I SOOO needed to see this video when I was a preteen in the '70's! Constant sexual harrassment everywhere actually tramatized me and made me fear and hate men for a long time. This hilarious video would have helped me feel stronger and less impacted.
As a heterosexual male, I approve this message. Real Men demonstrate respect and dignity, these "dudes/bros" get exactly what they deserved. Love all the Adult Wednesday Adams skits, perfectly done!
She's mellowed a lot since being a child. Back then she used axes, guillotine, electrocution, set someone on fire, and literally scared her boyfriend to death. But this was cool too
Nah, she doesn't. Wednesday wouldn't do this. She would rip them a new one on her own. Or, she would smile at them, and be in their nightmares for the rest of her life.
@Curly-n-Girly why would Wednesday Addams waste her time with bottom feeders like this at all? Taste of their own medicine? Such a Normal person thought.
This episode alone was the pay off for helping in a small way to crowd fund AWA Series 2. It's just a damn shame The Addams Foundation ruined it by having Melissa pull her videos of AWA. I am sure that some arrangement could have been worked out to licence these videos, but some a--hole lawyers got involved, and its not like the Foundation are doing much to maintain The Addams Family in the public consciousness.
Oh no! Is that why she stopped making them? Damn! She established the character, moved on to serious social satire lke this and was forced to stop because of fucking commercial interests who've done nothing with the characters for decades? That really sucks!
It all comes down to copyright/intellectual property rights in this case primarily in the USA, and when they were last exercised in relation to potential expiry dates. In the case of the original Addams Family cartoons which appeared in US newspapers, they would most probably be public domain by now, however the Addams Family TV show would have refreshed that original copyright, and then the two movies would have refreshed the copyright again in addition to those TV episodes and movies starting their own copyright protection period. This is why every TV show or movie lists the year of release in the credits and if the work is something like the Addams Family it would say "Based on the works of Charles Addams" to provide extended protection to those said works. The Addams Foundation will have lawyers advising them as to just how to keep their little money spinner properly protected and it is for this reason that they went after Melissa Hunter and her Adult Wednesday Addams here on You Tube. Disclaimer; I am no lawyer nor a specialist copyright/intellectual property lawyer, this is just my understanding of how copyright and intellectual property law works.
Thanks for the Info. Money is THE reason that All Good Ideas are Suppressed. I Laughed My Ass off the first time I viewed Adult Wednesday Addams. I Hope we can see more!
Due to her family and their interests she probably would turn it down. Why deal with the headache of leading when you can teach those in charge a lesson and let them find out how to swim.
Remember when Gomez freaked out when her mother in law said that their new baby might become a president someday. So no. Being a public figure isn't really for them.
Watching the Netflix Wenesday but as I had already watched all Adult Wednesdays a couple times it just feels watered down. I like Tim Burton but it is still a teen soap. Has its moments but I'm still hoping Mellisa Hunter gets hired as a creative consultant for Netflix, Adult Wednesday.
Like my youngest said yesterday "Bob just shat himself, and a little turd popped out." 🤣🤣🤣 The corporate copter won't be flying around for long, but we will let them continue to hold the power in their hands and believe in their delusional god of money. 😁 I am beautiful when I smile, and I smile A LOT, and I sleep really good too, cuz I KNOW I'm the innocent one and God loves me, cuz I do try to listen and obey, because I love God with my whole heart, and considering my circumstances I'm pretty good at treating others the way I'd wish to be treated. So fly high you wise guys!!! I will continue to pray for you to come to the TRUTH of what following Christ really means. Christ was a poor homeless guy, who was beaten and killed, and he had the power to kill everyone around Him, but he chose to listen to and obey God to show people the way, the truth, and the light. But who am I to understand such wickedness? For I'm a paranoid schizophrenia girl living in a delusional world
The most ominous part is that Wednesday apparently makes enough from her assistant job to pay three mercenaries for an unspecified service time in advance just because a couple of jerks ruined her morning.
Not to me, sorry. They ARE cool though. I wish I had people like that to take care of the ones who try to mess with me. They do that in Jersey from what I hear.
They're Addams cousins. They're from the cute and cuddly branch of the family. Clearly she felt sending Uncle Fester after them would have been unnecessarily cruel.
I'm teaching 5 women how to defend themselves this afternoon. As I was explaining the importance of "presence" -- absolutely necessary when a 4'10" intended victim wants to convince an attacker that they WILL be shot if they don't surrender NOW -- one of my students surprised me by referring to this video. Kinda cool to know that I know someone else who enjoys these. This one got six thumbs up, just now.
It's amazing how many people will think that the woman lying nude in a pool of her own blood after being repeatedly raped prior to her brutal murder is morally superior to the woman reloading an empty smoking gun as she stands near the corpse of a man with his pants around his ankles who refused her repeated commands to stop his assault upon her.
MGM people are just being difficult because the idea wasn't theirs to begin with, their attempt was the cartoon that they hyped which flopped. If they try to reboot with out this production team and talent it will do the same.
@@williamrothschildakatheman8980 MGM, no? In any case, my issues with the current state of copyright law aside, they let this go as long as it did because it was keeping the brand in the cultural consciousness for free, then instead of bringing her on board, cynically shut it down when a movie was proposed. A movie that, without the usual recent trend of 1's you'd expect to be tanking the score when you see one so low, gets round panned with a "meh" 5.8, Good job MGM.
There's nothing that says "empowered woman" more than paying big scary men to harass and intimidate people who harassed and intimidated you, right? 'Cause that makes sense...
