1. I said that CC is banked cycle to cycle. This is not the case. You start each cycle with 0 CC.

Q: Is there anything we can do to make a system more profitable.
A: No. This was in my prior guide but I maybe I should put it here too. System population is hard coded. The only way the population of a system can change is if FDev manually do this. There were murmurs that FDev was planning to change some system populations with the Odyssey update.
