Tbh when I go mining, I’m not in it for the void opals all the time. Alexandrite and diamonds still give a very valuable price for them. The process is fun and blowing up asteroids are always satisfying.

This is the best deep core mining walkthrough i have seen so far! I really like night vision, asteroid shape and targeting hotspot centre tricks, it helps a lot! Everything the miner needs to know in one good video, you saved so much time for the people! Huge thanks!

This is the most descriptive way for explaining how to find void opal asteroids, wp man and ty for this.

Decided to try mining and I've seen plenty of guides who were like all technical and focused on the ship builds more, but yours are really no nonsense, down to earth noob friendly. Thank you very much, this will be of a huge help :)

Just wanted to say thank you for a great couple of modern mining / void opal videos. As you say, many videos out there but none that are quite so comprehensive. Started baffled this evening but ended up 34 million richer after a single deep core void opal find,.. and I know that's just the start. Many thanks again. O7 :)

This is the best guide for void opal 101. I've been farming them for a while and just clicked to see if you knew anything I didnt and I was surprised. I didnt know to look for a specific shape and the distance. So now I think I'll be more effective. Thanks alot

This guide is so much better than every single other Void Opal mining guides out there. Firstly with the color and shape trick when pulsing, then the tip about not targeting individual units when launching collector limpets. I was thinking surely something must be broken with my limpets. I wasted a whole day trying to follow those other guides and a few cargo hold full of limpets.

Great guide man! You're totally right about the rng determining what's in that asteroid giving all the right signals. I've found grandiderite as well as the typical alexandrite in the exact same shape and pws color. Thanks for the content. Keep it coming.
