Yeah, instead of taking the high road and letting him continue to market their business they took it by strong arming him…kama gets you everytime…he would have trained the new guy…
I hope they were filming during this job and Jake makes a video about this one. Be a good learning experience for a lot of arborists who do crane work. Hoping Brian in the crane or no one else was injured.
Eastside tree works went downhill after they stole Jake's channel and work out from under him. I wonder if they actually can find anyone to insure that shady company?
Looks like Eastside Tree Service used a bucket on a boom to cut the crown out of the big tree in the back yard and the big bit they cut odd fell onto the bucket and that overloaded the boom and caused the truck to tip up. Someone didn’t properly rope off what was being cut loose or positioned the bucket poorly. What happened to the guy in the bucket with his chainsaw? Not a crane so much as an industrial large cherry picker.
@@Snot390 As the video fails to ever show what was on the end of the boom we can’t be sure but the clear clean fresh cuts in those trees does support my theory. If it doesn’t have a bucket at its boom end then it’s for moving small loads , maybe 50 tons is that, and they just cut a crown that was heavier than they thought. But for a crane you need the counterweight and the engine and cab ain’t enough. So they put too much tree chunk on the boom end with insufficient counterweight for the way they have the crane positioned.
