This is my absolute favorite of your chair workouts. It is non-stop hard work, but I never stopped having fun because of your energy! My heart rate was at peak for a while, and in the cardio zone for the rest of the time. Anyone who thinks you can't get a good burn or raise your heart rate in a seated workout is dead wrong! This workout is proof! Thank you for keeping me moving while I'm dealing with this torn tendon!

I had foot surgery so cant do my regular aerobic routine. Just did a search for chair workout and saw yours. Its a great workout, maybe even better than my regular workout. Thanks for putting it on RU-vid and letting people do this for free. Thanks for being inspiring as we go through it.

After workout grin, yes!!! Lifetime of dancing and college rugby ended by a fall at a bouldering gym… thank you for the endorphin access. My employees and family thank you for keeping me going… it’s been two years and I’m still with you! Smiling IS very advanced.

I'm 52 years old. I usually do chair aerobics for Gen X and seniors, but I wanted to challenge myself. I love your class. There were a few exercises that I had to do low impact, but I completed the whole class.😂🎉. I subscribed and look forward to the next class. ❤! I also love the punching.

I broke my foot and have tried a number of seated workouts. Yours are the only ones for which I have to have a towel with me to wipe off the sweat. I both love and hate you. Heading to your Patreon to show a little of the love part.

LOVED this one, Caroline! Sooo much fun! While doing the workout, I remembered my high school cheerleading days (especially the kicks with the side punches)! For some reason, that memory made me realize that running and cycling are not the only things I know how to do! Thank you so much for the continued supportive and enthusiastic content - seriously, it reminds me every day to remember what I’m capable of! You are truly a gift to anyone recovering from an injury and a gem of a person!

I use to be an active runner. Due to injuries and my age I no longer am able to run. I switched to using Beach Body programs until arthritis in my knees acted up and no longer can do their intense workouts. I need to stay active and low impact. I came across your chair workouts and not only find them challenging but perfect for me. I've tried several and i;m sweating at the end of each session. Thank you

That was really fun! I've had two strokes so the side punches on the left side were a little weird but it's good to work that area. The coordination messed me up at first but I got it! I kept thinking I needed to pause it but I kept going I'm working on my endurance! Fun but challenging. I might do it again today to see if I can get it better lol

Thanks so much for this video. I was in a routine again, losing weight, feeling good and was diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis😢. Told to back off my routine. I wasn't even breaking a sweat with some other chair routines. Found yours 🎉 YAY

i had so much fun doing this workout!! i had foot surgery a few months ago and it’s left me a bit depressed because i would frequently go on walks with my dog, but this is a healthy alternative! i look forward to your videos! thank you!

This for any one who like me is just starting their journey back to a healthy body. I began with the chair stretch video, before and after the 7 min chair workout. I alternated with the chair yoga every other day. Today is day 5 for me and I was able to keep moving though this video! I modified and I was doing about half the movements Caroline was but I did it! I’m not saying “do it the way I did”, I’m only trying to encourage you. I’ve noticed small differences in how my body feels and works and this is only day 5! Go me! Go you!

Thank you for this, Caroline! I found your channel after spraining my foot and having to wear a boot for the next 2 weeks at least. I am an advanced exerciser and so I still wanted to workout somehow and do stuff besides just lifting my free weights, so this is awesome. I can still get my heart rate up and do cardio without bothering my foot. I am trying so many of your workouts right now. Thank you again!

Caroline, you are such a blessing! A little more than a month ago I broke my ankle. I was ok about that, I just realized I would have to give my body some time to heal. My big worry was that after a month without cardio I might have lost tone, strength and lung vigor. So I was totally delighted to come across your chair cardio. It was even more vigorous than some of the regular exercises I had been doing. Now, as you would say "I feel fabulous!" Thank you.

Recovering from foot surgery still but can put weight on my foot. This workout is great for cardio. Did some low impact or only one knee at a time but feel great! Thanks Caroline! I do senior fitness classes at my gym which is really good but I actully like these better.

Caroline, your videos have been lifesavers as I’m a distance runner with a foot injury. This was my favorite chair cardio video so far, as it was a bit more advanced with the shorter intervals and quick switches between exercises. Please make more “advanced” videos like this one!

OMG...I didn't just like this workout, I LOVED it!!!! you are so amazing. I can't thank you enough for these workouts and your words of inspiration. I've always loved working out and was so depressed when my disease slowly started stripping me of my ability to do the more intense workouts that I loved. Trust me, I'm a much happy person when I get my workouts in and I feel like I've actually accomplished something without inflicting pain upon myself. You are a blessing!!

Fantastic video, more difficult than your other chair cardios to date but that's a good thing. I think in some ways even more difficult than your chair cardio with weights workout due to the comparatively less active rests in this video which almost feels like we going through the motions non stop with no breaks. wow this one was really hard...a little rough on the knees. But I have to say this is really one of your more advanced workouts and I felt like I was sparkling the whole way through. will definitely be repeating this one throughout the week for weight loss! these chair workouts are a god send. That was BRUTAL! But in a good way. I am so proud I finished that workout, I loved the variations of muscle groups it worked. Many chair workouts don't work your legs very well, but oh boy! My thighs! Great workout to do after recovering from a leg injury 👍🏻

How have I only just discovered this channel?! I have mobility issues and spend most of my day sitting, fainting or dislocating almost every joint. Every workout I usually find is either way too intense or is seated and only focuses on upper body. This is so perfect 👌 I can literally work on my whole body without the fear of hurting myself, its a bit quick but and I need to take a few moves easier than the video but I am so happy to do a workout and not feel like a disabled person for a minute. Even when I was able-bodied I never found a workout that fit my needs as well as this ❤❤

Thank you Caroline. This is fantastic and far more difficult than previous chair cardios, which is a good thing. The harder part is the more dynamic and fast intervals, almost like HIIT.

Thank you So MUCH for your chair workouts. I have horrible inflammatory arthritis, which is terribly depressing. I have so many joints that don't want to work but you make it so I can workout!! Loved this workout because it involves a little choreography and you break it up to keep it interesting all the way through. This workout pairs really well for me after the 30 minute hardest chair workout ever for an awesome Chair Cardio CARDIO day. Thank you for your energy and creativity and providing us such variety!

Being very short (unless it's a kid chair my legs are too short for proper movement) and overweight I found this to be difficult, but it was a awesome burn! I'm going to incorporate this into my regular routine

This is my first chair aerobics class! I am on crutches and non weight bearing after a knee reconstruction but wanted to get my arms and legs moving. I am glad I found this class, it was perfect! Thank you :)
