Hello Caroline, My name is Tammie, I live in Arkansas and I’m 55 years old. I really enjoy your floor and chair workouts since I’m on my feet a lot. Because the Lord has called my husband and I to raise two very challenging kids we’ve adopted, life has been extremely stressful for the past 3 years. During this emotional trauma, I have had an enormous amount of frustration, bitterness, anger, depression, etc. Your videos have not only helped me physically, but mentally as well. I’m having total knee replacement in 10 days. I tried this workout in preparation for post op workouts. This kicked my booty. My heart rate was up and I was totally breathless. Very unexpected for a chair workout. Thanks for a quality seated cardio workout. New subscriber.

64 yo male. Status post 1 week right foot surgery. Accidently (karma? blind dumb luck?) scrolled upon your video and followed along. Definitely sweating. Aches and soreness 48 hours after. This is great! I’m in a wheelchair too and I’m sure I look pretty funny- nothing like you. But I got my heart rate up to 145 which hasn’t happened in forever. Keep the videos coming! You are awesome! 😅

I'm a first-time visitor to this channel. I'm a 58-year-old woman and am having some knee pain today, so I decided to try a seated workout. If I had ANY doubts that a workout in a chair isn't a "real" workout, this video change that completely! I love the positive affirmations too and the statement about how exercise is only one part of the equation to living a healthy life. Food, social interaction, self care, intellectual stimulation--they all work together. Nice to meet you, Caroline, and I'm sure I'll be back!

Really enjoy these chair workouts...im 16yrs old last summer got really sick with my crhon,s losing weight..then found out have a heel spur..so was really hard getting back into working out again..worked out over twenty some years faithfully...thank you for having there videos..been doing these for two weeks now..really happy to get back into a routine 😊

Thank you so much for these workouts. I do depart I can do and at least move myself and depart I cannot yet. I have a pacemaker, but my heart is getting worse. I do have other illnesses and conditions that have caused like disability. So thank you thank you thank you. This is a godsend.

Recently had surgery on the bottom of my foot, and these workouts are a lifesaver. Going from running two miles everyday, soccer training and just getting a good sweat in, it was super discouraging to not have that anymore. Luckily I found these amazing videos and am slowly getting back to walking! Start off your day doing a Caroline Jordan workout before hand really makes you feel alive and worked! Thank you for your awesome videos!

I never heard of CHAIR workouts but when I had bunion surgery a few years ago I found you Caroline and it helped me still be able to workout and not use feet By the way my name is Carolyn😊 Heart rate went from 76 to 💯

Today (11/8/23), I did this workout before going to work today. I am not sure what my heart rate was, but I was sweating up really good! I have osteoarthritis & traditional exercises do not work for me like they used to. Thank you!

So happy to have found you! Ive been nursing a torn calf for 3 months now and still can't walk- but this was a great workout! It got my blood pumping for sure and it gave me some ideas for my husband to try as he is wheelchair bound. Thank you!

Caroline. I followed the 15 Minute Chair Yoga with this. My heart rate got up to 137 which is the best in 3 days. I’m sweating but feel great. I even closed my 30 minute exercise ring on my Apple Watch with both workouts! Thanks so much. Now it’s off to PT for my knee at 12. They already know about you!

Your videos are energizing to engage in when you have a lower leg injury that your recovering from! I've done most of them and I enjoy the reminders of "sit up tall-use your abs"- very useful. Now, not to be a "negative Nancy" as you say in one of your videos, but in 1 video you made some comment about watching other videos that are too slow or not fun- I don't remember your exact words, but I watched some of those "slow" videos and even though your wonderful, there are many people who can't do your pace, etc., maybe they can only go slow....who knows. Not being rude at all, just hit a nerve....I appreciate the positive talking you do during videos!

Discovered your videos a few days ago. Battling obesity along with hip and knee problems, your video was right up my alley. I also thought that it might be nite than I could handle. I was wrong . I am so glad I found your videos! I'm out of work for at least 4 weeks with a foot stress fracture. I'm no athlete but I regularly do low impact cardio to stay healthy, and I was didn't know how I would keep exercising. I have to make some modifications, but I really like doing your videos. Thanks!

Caroline! I didn't think I'd be able to get a workout in, let alone feel *this* good until I was 100% healed from my ankle fracture and surgery. The things the docs said were pretty scary (3 months till this, 6 months till that, don't even think about doing that till you're 80.) I was falling into a really dark hole of negativity and hopelessness until I found you and your channel. Your attitude and positivity are so contagious. Thank you for being such a light in this phase that felt like the end. More than ANYTHING, you've boosted my spirits and reminded me that just because I can't do the things I used to (yet!) does not mean it's the end. I'm using my energy on positive thoughts only...and making sure to save some of it for this absolutely killer workout that kicked my butt. THANK YOU!!!! I don't know if I can say it enough, but thank you!!! Happy holidays :)

Day 1 - 57 yo Mom of 11 - really :-), MS for 28 years, have been sliding down in strength/stamina/flexibility for past 2-3 years, it seems only yesterday that could still walk 3 miles per day on treadmill. Finally decided this quarantine was MY time to reclaim whatever fitness I can despite my fight. Thanks for your enthusiasm and generosity in making fun & challenging workout available.

I’m a 33 year old female at 5’4. I’m officially at my heaviest at 212. I was 216 when I started back in track. Had been and have been dealing with anxiety and depression leading to my weight gain. But also just only last year I realized my whole life I’ve had foot pain and issues because I have wide feet, and have always been using closed toed shoes (pointy or very tight) causing me to have chronic plantar fascia pain. So my lower half, legs feet, have always been weak. Now that I started wearing wide toe box shoes, my right foot is immensely happy but the left foot with a slightly different arch was not happy. It’s taking a while to adjust which eventually caused my plantar fascia on that side to just plain hurt. I finally got some custom orthotics but it still will take a good while to calm down and heal. Meaning I cant do much walking jogging… today I tried this video exercise for the first time and was surprised how it did get my heart rate up. 🎉 oh did I mention I also have Osteoarthritis on BOTH KNEES and my left is worse. So even with the seated excercise bike I still get some inflammation so it was getting hard to do anything 😢…. I’m excited to do these excercises if not once but twice per day 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Just did my first one of these (started doing the chair yoga daily a few weeks ago). This is brilliant! I love it! It’s hard work (when you said several minutes in that it was still the warm up I thought omg!). This is a great work out. My heart rate went up and sweating too; it’s great to have some chair exercise that gets the blood flowing!. My lower back was starting to feel a bit sore, until I listened to what you were saying about using abs to turn. Also the commentary is great, really great. Motivational, mindful and useful! I’ve added this (and the chair yoga) to my daily morning exercises!

I am 62 and had a slipped dic on 2009 I have always exercised but got sick and was in the hospital for a while and with the lack of exercise while in the hospital and when I got out my slipped dic started to bother me again I started doing your videos and gave seen that I am more mobile and it's easier to do things so I just wanted to say thank you Anne

My soreness today is my left arm...I got my flu and pneumonia shot in the same arm yesterday. Thank you for helping me get up and moving.

Just Started Your Chair Cardio 3 days ago.... (Torn Meniscus and Arthritis in 1 knee) Thought I would have to wait until surgery to start working out. You are kicking my Ass Thanks😁

I couldn't do many of the exercises this morning because I am bruised on my right side from the fall I had the other night and I fell on my knees yesterday. I did as many as I could. Thanks for getting me moving as much as I did and could.

Yes my heart did show more life. I am 70 yrs of age with degenerate c shaped scoliosis and now exhibiting signs of Parkinson’s. I already do lots of exercise for my scoliosis, but nothing that gets my heart racing. I shall be taking this RU-vid exercise with me on our cruise holiday. I feel exhausted now and very sweaty!!! I am trying to be positive. Thank you.

I have had problems with one of my knees for over 20 years. I have struggled to stay motivated to exercise every time my knee is re-injured or painful. It seems that every time I get motivated to get back in shape, my knee takes me down, and I lose my momentum. Videos like this one are revolutionary for me, mentally and physically. You allow me to keep exercising, protect & rest my knee, and not feel mentally discouraged. Thank you. Your work is a gift for me.

54YO female. Double transplant patient pacemaker. Heart disease. Sharkco right foot. Fused ankle rod in right leg. Right knee misaligned phone number. Thank you thank you thank you. This gives me away to get my heart rate up since I can no longer be active like I once was.

Did the workout and then I had to go and say good-bye to my roommate before I get my shower as he goes to get a watchman put in his heart today to work with his pacemaker. I knew he'd be gone by the time I'm showered and dressed. Thanks again for the encouragement, Caroline. I appreciate it.
