You ask, which high-pressure aeroponics nozzle should I buy? Well, I’m going to tell you now. GO HERE AND I'll EMAIL IT TO YOU IMMEDIATELY:
aeroponicsdiy....
Before now I couldn’t recommend a good misting nozzle to purchase because:
- First, I purchased nozzles through a wholesaler. They won’t sell to you.
- Second, I want you to get a good deal. Many of the certified nozzles were just too expensive.
- And thirdly, I didn’t know how to verify/test nozzles for 50-micron water droplet production.
Using some ingenuity, science, and photography, I’ll tell in the video how I plan to test and validate misting spray nozzles for our high-pressure aeroponics system.
This video is Aeroponics System Nozzle Test Part 2. (Final)
Free Video Course - How to choose the pump for a high-pressure aeroponics system:

Nice tests. Just a suggestion, you could spray the mist over a plate glass and see the droplets in a microscope in higher resolution and measurement accuracy. Using this you could also optimize the spray time, as longer spray the droplets tend to joint and become bigger.

Yes I have the same thought as well, those DSLR camera touching microscopic water droplets is not the best thing to do, would damage the camera and seems overly complicated and super expensive.

By presenting the influences of the factors involved in the complete system, you increase the efficiency, while lowering the maintenance involved in keeping a system running. Keep the videos coming! @@HighTechGardener quick question, can a piezoelectric device be used to generate de mist? will the fog generated by the piezo carry the heavy nutrient molecules?

@@gabrielocampo3769 Before I answer your question, let me ask you a question. Why piezoelectric?
@gabrielocampo3769
@gabrielocampo3769 4 года назад
@@HighTechGardener because of reduced cost. plus I wouldn't want to risk setting up a pressure tank right next to where I sleep (literally next to my bed). also, the piezoelectric mist generator allows for a greater degree of control,, heat might be an issue but I can also run a 15w peltier cell inside de water tank to cool the nutrient solution to a desired temp. what do you think?
@HighTechGardener
@HighTechGardener 4 года назад
Hey Gabriel, I understand your concerns. However, you need to realize we pressure to 150 psi max. These tanks are designed to handle 200+ psi. There's really no threat of a blowup. The pumps I use can't ever go above 150 psi. So there is no worries of an explosion . Using my technology, I can design it so that it's almost silent running while you sleep. HPA is cool stuff that is not being used to its full potential. Keep watch the videos and learn. Thanks for being a subscriber.

I love this channel, I love the information you present. I am seriously interested in getting started in HP Aeroponics. I commend your efforts on this research you are attempting. However I don't think that your results will be as accurate as you may think. I hope I'm wrong. My thinking is that your images are not tack sharp. (a photography term) When an image is out of focus even just a little it will change the size of the object. As an example, I work security and we have a camera that when moved can see a 3/4" conduit in front of the lens. With the camera zoomed out it covers a good portion of the view. However when you zoom in still with the conduit still in the same place you can now see what was behind that conduit. Because it is out of focus. You still get a dark area where the conduit is though. So if the drops of the mist aren't in focus completely you will get the same affect, just on a smaller scale. If you really want to try this again with better equipment. I would recommend a spark gap flash, macro lens and all lights out. As I said earlier. This channel is great. I see a year ago was your last video. I hope you post more videos in the "NEAR" 😉 future. Thanks

If you decide to do another test, allow me to suggest an alternative methodology. Buy a piece of 270 mesh, which is a 53 Micron opening. Fire a 1 second blast at the mesh and have a Target behind it so that you will be able to see how much goes through not only in the Target but you can also time a camera shot correspond to the first drops that make it through the mesh. Obviously the much would have to be blown off and be completely cleared of water between tests because the water will quickly clog the mesh. Coloring the water would also help.

Spinach, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, etc. so I'd like to get a listing of what exactly I'll need and what is the best so not to make any mistakes and lose hard earned money. Hello, thanks for all the information you provide. I have some doubts that I can't find answers. How many microns must the filters have? I understand that if they are few microns they can retain the nutrient solution. I have seen many systems in which the roots soon reach the soil of the container. Can nebulizers be placed on top of the growth chamber? I've been looking for pressurized tanks like yours, but all the ones I find support only 50-60 psi. I have seen that they are tanks for reverse osmosis and do not reach high pressures. I need a 130-160 psi pressurized tank for it to work comfortably, correct?

The nozzle used is made from Acetal and used in supermarkets vegetable. You won't find an FDA designation from the manufacturer. However, Acetal materials can be FDA and NSF compliant below 50C (122F). Hope that helps. Thanks for the question.

So this nozzle performance is only when one nozzle is used. How about when I used more than one nozzle? Will it have the same performance (microns and psi)? I despise those types of suppliers that only do B2B sales. What in the hell is wrong with them? Are they just thinking that C2B is not worth their time at all? I am not sure I can wrap my head around that. At least not for this particular product.
@jonosterman2878
@jonosterman2878 4 года назад
@@ericgosh826 I don't feel like putting my own words down right now, so here is some copy and paste for you: "B2B sales have more of a limited reach considering the deals occur solely between businesses, thus the buying pool isn’t as open as B2C. You’ve also got to take into consideration that whilst average order values are much higher in the B2B space, it’s much harder to secure these deals and generate long lasting relationships. It can also be a really difficult game for small and medium sized business, as each individual wholesaler is crucial to your bottom line: the loss of one long standing partnership could be detrimental to your revenue sheets. Imagine you’re a supplier of clothes for 5 different businesses, each ordering thousands of items every quarter. If one of these wholesalers goes bust and pulls out, your bottom line will suffer directly. Finding a new customer to make up for it won’t be easy, or quick." b2b only people also might struggle with fielding never ending requests for scale discounts and other perks for wholesale b2b buyers, finding themselves racing to the bottom. As usual, only big players can survive here. And to answer your question, I don't like putting all of my eggs in one basket, so I would much rather have 1000 customers, even though your whole premise is far too simplistic, and nothing in business is that simple. And I still hate b2b only, because I, like every other individual on earth, am a consumer.
@gomrko
@gomrko 7 месяцев назад
As a wholesaler if you undercut your bulk buyers who are reselling your product you will hurt their business and so they may choose not to do business with you anymore and your wholesale business can suffer. So most wholesalers don’t also sell piecemeal. They leave that to the retailers.
