This is very informative, thank you. I would also like to mention that some pumps have an upper limit on how frequently they can be started and stopped within a given amount of time. This is something you will want to check the specs for as well when selecting a pump.
I was thinking that I was a bit of a mad scientist until I came across your videos I want to thank you for this information 😊. You have learned why my DIY project. I wish I had the formulas for the way I can get my system can be setup for the amount of nozzles to tube to the purge of the water in cycle and I would be interested to buy the first one.
High Tech Gardner, you're awesome !!! i'm on the verge of completing my new closet grow area i have a 2000watt Cree/ COB light im dying to get lit and poised on starting a DWC hydro system . until yesterday i was in the dark about aeroponic you make this totally doable and as easy as dw hydro. i'm really looking forward to 'the calculator' with much anticipation and/or anything else on high pressure aeroponics. You are so nerd cool , like a cross of Bill Nye The Science Guy and Bob Ross . thank you for the info and the entertainment, well done friend.
Another informative and explanatory video. Thank you again. And I would like to answer “yes”, for the tool idea. It would be very beneficial. I could be a direct user of it, and also coluld be beta tester if you like, to give a helping hand.
This is incredibly informative, thank you! Looking forward to the next videos and to start building my own systems. Where does the line start to become a mentee? ☺️
hello, once i stop my pump, my noozles keep misting during some time, is there any way to stop the misting just after the pump stops? I am not using the solenoid valve right now. thanx! great videos btw!
I would like this calculator. I have a question on nutrients. Not all plants take up the same amount so to avoid supersaturating our reservoir how do we measure the amount in it?
Great videos! Thanks for sharing. Is it possible to use multiple booster pumps in the system in case one fails? Or even multiple pressure tanks in one system? Best wishes from Germany and yes I want the calculator.
Yes, I would love to have access to the Aeroponics calculator. Let's just say Having such information 5 years ago would have saved me thousands of dollars. Countless numbers of Hours and exotic plants. Even though I have engineering degrees. In the automotive field.
I'd like to see the tool. it would be nice if industry standards would be included from the get go. also, i am not sure where i could find the flow rate of those 30 to 80 micron teflon spray nozzles you can get from alibaba.
I show you how to determine the nozzle flow in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RKNR8HOlsP4.html Thanks for the kind comment.
Pressure tank worries me and only mentioned briefly. Would like an introduction/explaination of how this system works. Pressureswitch? Gauge? One way valves? First time i have heard about it. Otherwise how do you control the run cycles on the pump? You need some special equipment or pump with built in controls. Trying to be a bit economical. Very infomative video. Thanks brother. I enjoy your work.
Hello! Sir I'm a student of B's botany. I work on my project aeroponic system. So please guide me on aeroponic system and places guide me about the aeroponic light system. Which light are required for aeroponic system. We use a sunlight or no ?
Hi i am thinking of setting up aeroponics commercial system. let say i wanted to grow 1000 lettuce can i grow these as one unit of 1000 or is better to split this up? what is practical or not is this idea? also what about the pressure pump one big pump or smaller pumps. how can i work out what size pressure pumps i will need for different sizes systems where can i find this info.
Hi Lee, I am a novice and am starting a HPS. I have searched the web for electronic schema's to help with wiring the components. Could you please post or send a basic schema for this basic soul. Thankyou. Brad
There's no right answer. Too many factors to discuss here. However, more sensitive plants find it a challenge to do well when recirculating the nutrient. Thanks for asking.
