+mrwhitford1966 Its awesome. Now if they would do Woman of the World my life would be complete!!! parents bought me Rocks after I heard Sick as A Dog on the radio in Minneapolis I think summer of '76. I was 12. First saw them in concert in Cedar Rapids Iowa February 8th, 1983. Met Steven Tyler in an elevator and got his autograph. His face was covered with a scarf from nose down. He looked as though he would die soon. Never said a word as he does now with fans. he has said that was his worst junkie year. I didnt know about the drugs. I thought he was terminally sick from something. Concern was great believe it or not. Brad and Joe were gone. But Rick and Jimmy were incredible.
Yeah! GOD that is a killer deep track! Good call Scott. Rocks was my first real rock record too. Might have been Live Bootleg - which is my favorite. But yeah Woman of the World is just a great rock song that many Aerosmith fans don't know. Love Duffay and Crespo too.
Been there from the beginning! Boston girl - been a love affair from day one !!!! OMG I get lost on RU-vid I love love love them !!! Total love for my Boston Boys
OMG how awesome for a bunch of guys that should have burned out long ago, but luckily did not!! They still rock it! Always loved A-Smith since the 70's. Long live Aerosmith!
kings and queens off of draw the line, perry and tyler had pretty much checked out by this point, their drug habits were running their lives. joe didn't even play on it.
Kings and Queens is definitely up there with the best Aerosmith songs, it's such a different sounding tune, I love it! Steven still has one of the best voices out there, he hasn't lost anything on his range, it's insane considering how much coke he did, he's very lucky to have kept his instrument all these years!
I grew up in bradford nh. When i was in highschool( Kearsarge Regional High. School) North Sutton nh. Aerosmith came to the school to donate a $5,000 dollar drumset to the music dept. This was back in the early 1980s. When word got round that Aerosmith was in the building, classes just up and headed to the music room. Our teachers tried to get somewhat control of us. KRHS was at that time maybe 500 people including staff! I got about thirty feet away from the door to the music room. A teacher or someone convinced us to back to our classes without consequences if we went back right now! Thats my story and im sticking to it! Aerosmith kicked ass back then and still do!
Though the beautiful mind of Tyler .this isn't a song this is a story of days I relate yo ..thank you Father for the wonderful musicians that bring a message of peace of love of things not seen in this world ❤
Someone on another video, obviously unfamiliar with the legend that Aerosmith is, actually called him underrated as a singer. Hahaha, say what?! O_O Nah, he has always rated way up there ... right where he belongs. God, what a voice after all these years. Phenomenal. And Joe Perry, holy damn... he is still sexy as hell. Mwah, baby!!
the very best song they ever ever made saw them in Cheyenne at Frontier days they put on a great showwished they would have done this song my all time favorite song
Joey 2:07-2:14 he rocks ;) and wow Steven never gets old. his voice is amazing. Kings and Queens is one of my favs Aerosmith song thanks for sharing! :)
I started listening to aerosmith when I was 15 years old, I've always been a big fan.I'm now 40 years old and last year I flew to Las Vegas to see him live in concert at the mgm.It was an awesome show, they all still got it, I wasn't disappointed at all. They'll be there again this year at the mgm in Las Vegas.Highly recommend it.ROCK ON Steven Tyler!!!!!!!
Went and saw Aerosmith in concert and they played No more No more and every one in the audience said what the hell that song. Told them it’s called no more no more love that song like all of Aerosmith songs.
I'm sure in the 1970's you never could have convinced any of them that 40 years later they would be playing those same songs and many others for packed arenas!
MAN IM STAIT LOVIN ME SOME OF MY BOYS SEEN THEM 1ST CONCERT 1977 MARKET SQUARE ARENA ...78 MSA AND 10 MORE TIMES FROM INDY TO FLA BEST ROCKIN BAND EVER IN MY OPINION!!! ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Saw them on this tour in Cleveland, awesome show. Coming from a guy who's seen them over a dozen times and having my 20yo (at the time) daughter with me was the icing on the cake, she was pretty impressed.
Kings and Queens is impossible to sing. That's not Tyler's best peformance here but still, how the f@ck does he do this, especially at his age?? That's impressive.
Incredibly talented and beautiful man! Your messages in all of your songs have touched my very soul, and I can truly hear your message in each song, every single time. You sing with your whole heart, to your audiences...many times a personal message sent too. Steven Tyler has dedicated his whole lifetime of hard work, and Love of music to all of his fans across the entire world. His songs are always played with emotion, many of his life stories, loves and desires, and sometimes frustrations. I've always noticed his performances and his singing, are always done straight from the heart. Every single time. 💖💖
Best memories Boston unground days they'd pop in a club and do a surprise jam. Cambridge complex So many good bands but these guys are still my favorite ..
I love this song. I'm so into history as well as aerosmith and this song brings out the best of both worlds. It was also brought out the year i was born. So i love this song. Its brilliant
The 1st album I bought as teen was Toys in the Attic, when it first came out. (yea I'm an old rocker) Rocked my world, and bought every thing they have ever released. And if you have never seen them live, Go no matter what it takes. 1 of the best most solid bands you will ever see or hear live. Even in the 70's they were so tight, you could close you eyes & see your stereo & LP spinning. And when I took my daughter to see the 9Lives tour they still maintain that ability to sound perfect on stage. 5 pieces of pure talent & soul on the stage. May they rock forever.
Stan Sullivan I’ve seen them 15+ times. From the beginning, through the bad times and now. They’re better live than studio. One of if not the best bands I’ve seen live. I’ve seen a ton in my 57 years on the planet. Check any of the vids from the Honkn on bono tour, they were at their best 🤟🏻
The love and passion for what he does shows. I will always enjoy the passion. The band also has it but he gets the credit. I desire to thank all the band. Thank you is all I can say.
Thank You...My forever favorite AS song ever. I've now heard 3 different guitar solos for this but have to stick with the extended version recorded way back when? I use it as my alarm clock every morning to wake me up. This song is epic!
Mr Tyler. U have lead a superband. Never seen musician like u! Thank u for everything!!!!! My son 11 is fan of yours. Respects forever!!! U sing so fucking well❤❤❤❤❤cant never thank u. All goes with rythm. U are really talentended!!!!
Rocks was purchased with Heart's debut, and B.O.C. Agents of Fortune. I was 14, took the bus downtown. Yes, K&Q my fave Aerosmith tune! Vocals are truly Amazing & Fascinating! Dark tune, things i know or things I'm told. Bishops procuring bleeding womb young girls, Love then no reply, they faced the guillotine.
