Just want to say, I’ve gotten all of my parts for my G8 GT from these guys and it’s been nothing but a pleasure doing business with this company. Extremely helpful, insightful, and extremely knowledgeable. Shipping was timely and everything arrived in perfect condition. In the time I was quoted if not sooner. Highly recommend to anyone with a g8 or SS. I will continue spending money with these guys for everything I need or may want for my car. Keep doing what you are doing bro.
Thanks for the install vid Joe! I have my Aerpro ver.2 from you but haven't bought a headunit yet, I would like my volume on my steering wheel to work, what is your recommendations
I have a question so depending on whatever brand you go with stereo let’s just say it’s pioneer do you have to go with the wiring harness for pioneer or can you do the universal wiring harness because I’ve seen you guys are out of stock for wiring on pioneer
So our 2009 G8 GT doesn't have climate controls on the steering wheel, only radio controls on the right and dash/cluster controls on the left. You said the Alpine will default to use the audio controls for the climate control? Can this be bypassed so all of the audio controls actuality control the audio and not the climate? Also, where did you ground the parking brake wire to and did you ground the one on the AerPro harness and the one on the Alpine harness?
Got mine installed at a good reputation local shop. They did a great job was all working great. Then all of a sudden only the steering wheel controls work now. The knobs on the actual aerpro isn’t working. Did I enter a mode on accident ? HELP
Have you tried performing a soft or hard reset.. A soft reset would be done by pushing and holding both knobs for several seconds until the unit restarts.. A hard reset would be done by disconnecting the battery at the terminal for 3-5 minutes and then reconnecting it.
