Aw I am learning new thing to night my time on how to prepare. African fried rice. With palm boil rice. It looks so good my dear. Nigerians they really know how to prepare fried rice. Looks beautiful. Did u fry the rice to be completely dry (as in every single grain wel fried?). Asking because sometimes my fried rice comes out really nice and other times it's kind of dry.

Everything looks fine minus the Scotch Bonnet and livers.. My husband came from, Thailand and use to grow those fire balls.. Fire is right.. Can you show a vegan, or vegetarian version of this?
