Ive had the Aful performer 5 for a few months now and I do enjoy the sound signature. I wasnt aware they had other options so thank you for showing them and breaking them down.

Such a comprehensive and clear review. Very helpful when you're in doubt what to get in the sea of IEMs.

Never heard an Aful IEM before, I was looking for this review, great job as always.

Just read the intro and yeah, I have a completely different music taste than HBB but it's nice to see a different opinion every now and then to expand my perspective on things. I've been recommending your QKZ HBB Khan to people who want more bass so thanks a lot dude!

Hey Chris... I am in agreement with your take on the P5 , looks OK on the graph but not to "my ears", Really like the value proposition of the brand though. I hope that they will continue this trend with their next release. The B8 looks like my target tuning, hopefully the P8 will be similar. Aful performer 5 intrigued me. All because of its technology that uses inductors that supposedly act dynamically to cut sound overload... especially at high frequencies. Great job Chris!

The AFUL Performer 5 has a very nice graph and has lots of good reviews, but I will be getting the Blon HBB Z300 instead because it is only $35 and the same sound signature. If money were no object these would be my first picks for "endgame" mid-fi IEMs though.

it’s impressive how much the sound can change with slight adjustments to the tuning. i absolutely love this hobby. idk why i never thought to look at Aful’s other offerings given that the performer 5 did so well. the FR of the other two monitors look promising.

Thanks for the Aful reviews! There’s something about the p5 that I like, and something that I don’t about the vocals being extra forward in that tuning. This review makes it even more interesting with the other options from the same company.

Really appreciate the comparison of multiple models of a line up from one brand. Gives an impression how each perform at a given price. So everyone can decide how much they need to stretch there budget and if it’s worth it to go with a higher model. Great review as always. Would love to see that more often. Have a nice weekend.

Good point to reiterate on different graph databases, even though it may seem trivial to some.

The response of these all look pretty clean & laid-back. Band Pro 5 looks like my kind of thing.

I've really only seen reviews for the AFUL Performer 5 and knew it wasn't up my alley, appreciate the feedback on the others. Looking forward to the review of the Performer 8. And all the more power to you for doing what you do, the rant at the end was great.
