gamejolt.com/games/BlockyFightLockAndLoaded/828520 i made a game screw definitive edition also can you people stop with the "you could" and "you forgot" comments i swear to god if this hits one million i am going to breathe air
Here is idea. Make an half hour inconsistent noises of monk conversions, with not enough houses and depletion farms, also add TC attacks and wonder build.
And the source of voice is the hero unit, which is essential for winning the scenario. Now you have to convert him again without killing him. (Aoe1 nighmares)
The worst for me is not when the conversion has ended but when the conversion starts. It gives me extreme adrenaline, someone is about to lose the faith.
An "Oh S**t" moment, sort of like the distant but increasing in volume sound of orc drums that Frodo Gandalf and co hear when traveling through the mines of moria. "bomm... ... .... Bomm... ... BOMm..."
@@TheHamburgler123 not through console, Xbox live is just the online gaming service windows uses for it, similar to steam, just not as many people use it. It is still a pc based game and I'm not even sure you could play on an apple device or not
Just like real PTSD. 10 years won't do much to lessen the stress. I don't even remember the last time I often played, had to be also 10 years ago. But I still feel physical pain from this haha.
To be clear what's what: 9. Not enough resources 8. Your units are being converted 7. Your unit is converted 6. Your army is under attack 5. Your buildings are under attack 4. You're defeated 3. Farm exhausted 2. You're housed 1. You're attacked by wild animals
Meditation in 3 steps: 1) Listen to this video to build up anxiety. 2) Meditate. Let it all out. These things happen. 3) You have achieved La Hire's type of inner peace.
@@mystrallsnowlight I’m playing all the campaigns without cheats. Some missons I’ve had to restart multiple times. Like jihad in Saladin probably took a week (mission 5)
- Population Cap reached - Getting attacked - Unit got converted - Getting attacked again - You're really under attack - You Lost 💀 - Farm Depleted - Don't have enough resources for purchase - Unit is under attack from a wolf... Usually a villager with no Loom... I've been playing this game my whole life and will remember what these sounds mean longer than anything.
almost correct. in order: not enough resources, attacked by monks, converted, units attacked, buildings attacked, defeat, farm depleted, pop limit reached, attacked by wolves
AoE2 was one of my first computer game experiences ever, along with Starcraft. I played so unbelievably much of it throughout my childhood on my mother's dinosaur of a computer. I was terrible at it, and I'm still terrible at it (and RTS in general) but it's still one of my favorite games despite that.
I also grew up playing Age of Empires 2 during the mid-2000s. It was a Dad game for my dad but still part of my childhood alongside Stronghold. Off topic but I remembered playing Stronghold 2 on Castle Sim while hearing Michael Jackson’s Thriller. That was fun. You should do one for Stronghold. All the stress levels for that. Can’t forget about that alongside StarCraft & Sid’s Civilization.
Mister, don't be afraid, both are amazing games. Am happy that there is more people who played this 2 masterpieces without being good at it, just because is part of us.
I don't know how they even come up with these sounds, or what kind of psychology is behind it. But they perfectly match the emotional response you should feel when these things happen. Like how does someone shaking a bunch of maracas correlate to a farm being exhausted, or someone tapping some drums when a house is built.
Never played this game or heard anything about it. But boy do these sounds make me feel unnerved and I don’t even know what they mean. I guess they did a good job.
"Hey, you know that farm exhausted sound every player hates?" "Yeah, why?" "Let's make a soundtrack out of these!" And that's how I stopped listening to in-game music.
This triggered my fight or flight response I’m not even kidding, started looking around my room a bit frantically thinking it was time to spam spawn PIKEMEN
