Ok last question!!! 😂 I have medium length hair, a little shorter than in your video here, and I’m wondering if I should cut it before Bmt or leave it? I suck at doing my hair. Definitely not one of my strong suits…

You can trim it a little if you want, because depending on how fast/slow your hair goes, you might be able to do a ponytail the whole time you’re there which will help with the hassle of putting it up! The end of your ponytail can’t exceed past the crease of your armpit

Thanks for the support! My fav week was for sure 7W🙃 but I’ll also say 5W too. Passing the PT test was such a rewarding feeling and it was 2 weeks from graduation Good luck at basic!!

How long do y’all stand in place at BMT? Are you guys standing for hours straight? I’m in the process of going in and trying to build my tolerance 😩

Standing for HOURS straight? No haha. Just depends on what we’re doing that day. We might be on our feet a lot, but there are breaks and times we get to sit (chow, class, study, briefs, etc)
