I would check spray gunner they do have good deals and constantly run discounts on thier stuff if you are try to get it on the cheap. They also run bundles as well

I made mine with a $14 exhaust fan some spare lumber i had laying around from other projects, and a $6 dryer vent hose that pushes the fumes out the window.

Cool, I used a plastic storage bin laying on its side with a hole cut in the bottom for a furnace filter. Attached an air duct fan to it with some ducting that can either go out the window or into a bucket with some damp rags in it to catch anything. Cost somewhere around $40 and change.

I got my H & S airbrush and a No Name compressor from these guys. The compressor is the exact same one that Sparmax sells for 220 bucks U.S. most places online. I got the airbrush and compressor for around $220 paired up. Give this retailer a chance guys, they have good customer service and responded back to me pretty quick. I'll check with getting this as opposed to building my own if the dimensions match my limited space. Hoping to get this instead of custom build because of desk space.

A clear plastic storage container on its side with a hole cut in the bottom, a furnace filter, and an air duct fan with ducting can be had for less than $50 if you shop around.

Had mine arrive in the post today. Easy to set up and cost 99aud. I am in the “no window” group of painters. For the filter at the back I used a good quality face mask, so I will see how it goes.

Is the filter really necessary if you use the exhaust to go outside anyway? Filter seems like it would just reduce suction.

If you are talking about the initial blue filter... Yes, as you don't want actaul paint molecules collecting on the fan.
