Kikiam (qui-qiam) is a Chinese sausage in steamed tofu skin with Chinese chestnuts,ground pork & other nice stuff adapted for street food! Lomi somehow is similar to Japanese udon noodles but with lots of condiments! You're on the right track on your video contents! Keep on plugging & stay safe always!Godspeed!

you have to add in the onions to add a bit of sweetness+juice to it . You did the right way of eating it adding in the soy sauce and calamansi. I love my lomi poured with lots soy sauce to make it soupy rather than too thick.
