Indeed, not to mention that even with a hefty reward Aladdin was unlikely to accomplish anything with it. Prolly blow it on women and wine or something.
@@ilplolthereturn7525 Nah. It was supposed to be set in Baghdad but changed it at the last minute due to the Iraqi war happening to Agrabah.(even almost sounding the same.) My headcanon is that Agrabah is somewhere within Iraq.
I love how the accent changes mid way and the roasts 😂 . I mean i never understood it either why do these princess fall in love with a person they just met. Like how? I can't just fall in love with someone whom I've known a few minutes ago. They are just built different 😂
The way I understand it, it's probably due to the insane amount of laws imposed to them since young, which means at least for the moment, free spirit + experience in social interactions > riches + formal interactions between royalty and advisor. You do have similar situations in ancient China. What I'm saying is, being the naive girl not knowing of the outer world, surrounded by witty foxes concealing their thoughts well, an assumed busy dad and tons of rules chaining her, ofc she'd think Aladdin was different and get interested in him.
The first half was relentlessly funny. I didn't even realize that only two to 1.5 male characters weren't gay. Thank you for illuminating the truth. Gotta love your problematic sense of humor.
I didn't know Aladdin could be that funny-💀💀 Note: Thanks for posting and keeping us entertained! I will be always waiting for your new and funny videos :)
Have you seen Twisted? It’s pretty much a parody play of Aladdin (and to a greater extent, Disney) and the whole thing is on RU-vid for free. However, I will warn you that it isn’t for kids, as it has a lot of swearing and profanity.
You should read the original Aladdin story cause Disney tends to make the darker stories of what we know of fairy tales and makes it very light hearted with that Disney magic. Apparently Aladdin was such a FAILURE his father died I laughed my ass off when seeing that. All the usual fairy tales that have Disney Princesses yeah they all come from dark fairy tales and I’m a lot more intrigued by the darker ones than the Disney ones.
Well, Aladdin's wish to become a prince makes sense. I mean, without the events of the movie, and making his best first royal impression to Sultan, even if Jasmine liked him as his poor, unemployed brokie self, the Sultan would have NEVER allowed Jasmine to chose Aladdin just off the street, because, come on. XD By magic, he's a prince, so it's kinda not a lie. He knew the conditions of needing to have a chance to woo the princess, he was given that chance, and he took advantage of it. Aladdin should have wished to become a grand-royal-imperial-supreme, all powerful OP wizard or a god even, and THEN free the genie. Seriously, first thing I'm wishing for if I ever find a magic lamp is near-all powerful, reality-warping powers/magic that I automatically know how to use as a witch, not a genie. Screw the rest. I would have all that I needed from those wishes alone.
But then another guy with a lamp can cancel that. Maybe another lamp and another genie. Jafar was manipulated using his own ambition and paranoia, but Aladdin was not lying in saying that. Jafar already had that kind of powers, but his obsession made him blind. Also ... freeing a genie could cancel previous wishes ... or simply the genie could decide to do what he wanted. Finally, simply having the lamp, also without wishes, gaves you the Genie as slave, he has to support you. It is not an easy choice. Aladdin was really brave.
@@happypepper9326 You wish that the genie gives you all the genie lamps in the world, 1st wish, for 2ns wish you wish to be as powerful if not more as a genie but without being constrained by the limitation of actually being one, for 3rd wish you just wish to free all the genies in all the lamps so that nobody else can get wishes and you get good rep with all the genies.
See that's the rub though, pun intended. The lamp was Ali Baba's greatest treasure, hidden away because it was THE lamp. Genie was supposed to be the last, the one and only.. the OG. His power was absolute, even if not useful to him. No matter what the lamp could over rule, even if you're a god of sorts your not safe. Jafar rightly realized he needed the same power to counter it, but didn't know the terms. To break free of any influence, you'd have to wish that no one else be allowed to use the genie power after you.
@@Maholix like ... putting the lamp in a dungeons full of traps and not accessible if not having practically impossible parameters? ... it didn't work well last time.
I have a similar experience but I'm not Asian. When I was 13, I moved to the UK and I had to adapt to my new environment, it was hard(btw, I'm African, not gonna say the country though). My parents wanted me and my sibling to go into science and technology but I didn't want to go. Not like I didn't but actually I was stuck between science and art as I loved both equally, sorry I'm still stuck. I'm 15 now and me and my parents continuously go back and forth about opinions and decisions. Put your experience in the comments
OMG this was funny as hell!😂😂😂 Could you pretty please do "Bartok The Magnificent" next? That was a spinoff of Disney's "Anastasia". It's one of my favorite movies. It would be really cool to hear your take on it😊 Ooo! Can you critique "The Swan Princess" too? That would be hilarious!

I love this disney list! Just found this channel an hour ago, and I've been bingeing. That singing? 👌 His voice is so fast in this one though, like he's had five cups of extra strong coffee.
