“Like the control freak she is” my school did a thing and we counted how many times they all talked…she talked 62 times and the rest were in only the 30-40s
...did Xiang Yu/B Minus say "titty" in the beginning? i love how Shang was basically the opposite of a nepo baby because he had it *harder* because of who his dad was lel NGL i'm guessing Mulan's dad "switched up" on her because when she *ran off to war for months at a time* he thought she was most likely gonna die either on the battle field or by being executed from her identity being exposed so when she came back he was much more glad to see her alive and well, *basically he realized he was wrong and was happy to see her but you thought that was some kinda issue?*
This movie legitimately made me cry. Turning Red got too much hate tbh. Its not too "grown up" and its mot overly realistic either. It has a unique animation style too, especially for Disney and Pixar. I connected to this movie more than any princess movie or any super hero movie. This movie reminded me what it was like being in my early teenage years and reminded me the fun I had to be cringe and goofy while feeling crushed by familiar expectations and still trying to find who I am, what I am into, my boundaries, my morals, my values, I had so much struggle finding my own strengths while also going thru the tough parts of growing up.
