As it was Mick Ronson's birthday, he and his passing were on my mind and wanted to add this song from the Your Arsenal record that he was so influential on as producer to the playlist. It was the only time Morrissey has been nominated for a Grammy and I'm grateful and proud to have worked with Mick on it. A wonderful, wonderful person and incredibly talented musician. Love ya Mick.
This Safe-At-Home session recording is the acoustic rendition of Tomorrow. Thank you again for showing your appreciation for these songs.

This was the song in 92 that made me abandon everything else I was listening to. The video was so cool , the band looked awesome. I wanted to look just like that. I think you guys may have ruined my life...lol

Brilliant. I love this song. i also loved the video. You all looked so cool prowling behind Morrissey through the back streets of, I think, Paris. Love your acoustic versions.

I never knew Morrissey until 2015 when I chanced upon him and The Smiths on RU-vid. Since then he just grew on me and I admired your work with him.

I was lucky enough to see you play at a show in Dallas at Reunion Arena back in the early 90s. Stayed up late to catch y'all on Carson. Like the previous poster mention , Your Arsenal was outstanding.

Listening to your arsenal yesterday for the first time in years n always what's out in front ? This dude what a perfect pair Moz n Alan Whyte made. His sound is trademark distinctive. Not getting his props imo

Your Arsenal and Vauxhall & I, back to back masterpieces you partake in. That album is amazing thanks to Rono's touch. Moz tried to go back to that sound in Southpaw Grammar, but didn't quite got there. The way Mick understood the power of the electric guitar was unparalleled. RIP, Mick Ronson.

this album "your arsenal" was my initation to english rock music ! i still listen to it since 1993, well i was 16 then, imagine how such a music can "collapse" and touch an adolescent mind and heart. your compositions are still for me such good music ! thanks for this share and hope to see you on stage one day. But now that i can play it such a pure way, without studio and distorion effects, this song will be heard in European streets ! Fred from France

It's almost 2 in the night here in Italy and I've just stumbled on your solo version of one of my favourite Morrissey songs ever. I don't know if it's because I'm particularly emotional nowadays, but I had to hold back my tears. It's true: your partnership with Moz has been unique. Even the b-sides written by you, Moz and Boz are incredible. Thank you for this beautiful tribute to Mick Ronson. I really wish you could join Moz once again in the near future. These songs saved my life.

Alain, I've always loved your chord progressions. The way you arpeggiate your chords has been a big influence on my own songwriting. Did you also write the vocal melodies for the tunes? Or, did Morrissey compose the melodies over your musical arrangements? I've always been curious to know the process of how you and Morrissey collaborated.

These renditions are great. Also, not sure who picks the order of songs on the album but "Seasick, yet still docked" to "I know it's gonna happen" to "Tomorrow" is such an exquisite transition.
