The serendipity of being in a brilliant cast, that gave two of the best storylines of the whole show, in which Alaska was a major player, since she was the split point; part of Rolaskatox but notably the only one to also be notably friendly with Jinkx. It’s very much luck AND Alaska being Alaska. Thats what makes it even better; it was wholly natural how it came together.

Willam spoke poorly of Maddy’s show on Race Chaser not too long ago…I see the tides may have finally turned…but to Alaska’s point, Willam tends to be hypercritical of things and I hope sometimes she can just not be so critical especially when it comes to things she may not given a chance to. I’m happy Maddy is part of MOM now and increasing her reach even more with her awesome interviews.

Alaska saying she watched for tips then got sucked in is SO real. The second I found this podcast a few weeks ago I went into a rabbit hole immediately and watched almost all of them LOL. I love Maddy's balance of asking sincere questions mixed with the dry witty humor.

Maddy is like a perfect example of jack of all trades. Like she left early but proved why ru picked her in the first place. Shes funny, charismatic, quick witted, shes smart and knows her references and her mug is crazy its so universal. Ugh i need her to win all stars. It makes total sense Alaska being a fan of Maddy's talk show. If you've listened to Alaska on Race Chaser with Willam, or even just followed her career in general since s5, you can just tell she's so in tune with the evolution of Drag Race and the cultural impact certain queens from the show, as well as the show itself, has had on the queer community. I bet when she first saw GITMS she immediately knew Maddy was onto something and it was gonna be a phenomenon on par with Unhhh, Hey Qween, Fashion Photo Review etc.

I had the pleasure of seeing Alaska perform live in San Diego this past year. She put on an AMAZING show. And it wasn't just the typical (sometimes lazy) lip sync numbers that many queens do. She really had a full concept and had us laughing and entertained the whole time. I highly recommend anyone who's an Alaska fan to see her perform. There's a reason she won All Stars, folks!!!

in my entire school district, i was the first out gay kid. i mean everyone knew before i did of course. it does feel exactly like madonna where the whole paradigm shifts and you are this entity that people either love or despise. usually it was fine bc i was friends with all the pretty girls and the football players didn't want to lose their shot, so they were all nice to me lol

Straight man here. And wow! This is a whole new world to me! I'm currently learning about those drag queens and they're very fun to watch! They're so witty! My wife and i loves this podcast and we also love that one drag queen with the really big eye make up and blonde hair. Can't remember her name haha! And also that other long tall menacing russian lady drag queen! 😅😊😚😇💋
