Everything you make is just so good! I started making many of your recipes. (tweaking the carbs just a little sonetimes because ny husband is diabetic.) He has lost 28 lbs and dropped his A1C from 10.2 to 7.8 in 6 months. Your channel is a staple in our household! ❤
Thanks for the videos. They are very helpful. I started Weight Watchers 3 days ago, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about food, meals, and points.
thanks friend I love making the individual meatloaves but not thought about the queso thanks so much it gets so boring with the red sauce so this is such. a great change thanks for the great content as always my friend take care chrissy hello to you and all the family don't forget the little doggie In God we trust God blesses us all!!!!
Thanks so much for your concern! I've just had A LOT going on. Went on a two-week vacation and then came back and had to prepare for Hurricane Idalia. Then we had my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. I then planned on getting back to filming and ended up sick with a viral infection for a week, and then my 75-year-old mom got in a car accident the other night. She's okay, thank the Lord, but we've been taking turns staying with her until she's healed. Sooooo, not sure if you want to call that well or taking a break. LOL But I'm good. I keep planning to film a quick chat to let everyone know I'm here and okay, but just haven't found the time yet. I really appreciate your concern and can't wait to get back to sharing videos! 🥰🥰
I hope y'all had a great vacation. I had wanted to go to the mountains to get away from the heat, but did not happen. Probably go in late September or October (when the leaves begin to change colors). The turkey queso sounds yummy, put it in my planner for next week. Bird's Eye veggies are BOGO at Publix, so will pick up some broccoli and probably a cauliflower/broc mix and use those with my carrots. I'm back on overnight oats - I really like them and so easy to pull a jar out of the fridge to take to work. Although I had raspberry lemonade yogurt with added almonds this morning. Plus they've go me on protein drinks in the morning as I was not getting enough protein previously. How is your daughter doing? Have a great week!
Thanks so much!! We had such a great time. Just got back this week. I love when the leaves change, but we never seem to go at that time. Sounds like you've got your week planned well!! And my daughter is still doing amazing!!!! She's been busy planning for her wedding in February!! Never thought we'd see that day! God is good!!! :)
Hello, my friend!! I'm sorry. I've been trying to do a little update video and just haven't found time yet. We went on our two-week vacation, then came back and had to prepare for a Hurricane day at work, then I ended up sick for a week, and then my mom was in a bad car accident. She's okay, thank God, but still has a lot of healing to do. I'll be back!! :)

Hi it’s been a while thanks for the inspiration! Have you ever tried counting Macros? I’m entertaining the thought and am open to any and all comments or suggestions! Thanks!
Those meals look delicious. Hope you had a great 2 week vacation. I can't find queso where I shop in Ontario. Is there something else you could recommend? Also if you used the panko crumbs do you just use it like you did with the oatmeal? Thank you
You could just melt some cheese on the top if you want, or use any type of sauce. And yes, for the panko, I would use the same as the oatmeal. Thanks so much! We had such a great time on vacation! :)
Thanks so much! And honestly, I don't even remember where I got that picture, but it definitely reminds me of them!!! It's going to be so different to watch this year with a new female in the nest, but that's the life of nature!! M was definitely a hero after Harriet went missing. I didn't think those babies would stand a chance, but thankfully I was proven wrong!
