@@leemcknight4862 Mortal Kombat has a lot of really good one-liners that come before the actual fight starts. Most of them are said by either Johnny Cage or his daughter Cassie. Like this one Cassie Cage: "Can I say it? Just once." Scorpion: "Only if you wish to suffer!" Cassie: "GET OVER HERE!"

Engage has so many good choices for girls! Ivy, Yunaka, Panette, Timerra, and even Hortensia. But, Goldmary ended up winning me over. I absolutely love her! Her design, voice, her narcissistic personality, her skills, the fact she can use both a sword, and lance makes her to me the perfect choice! I’ve used her since I recruited her! She’s become my favorite character in the game, and one of my favorites in the series!

......Oh wow. The first support has so much reading into it that it's no wonder that Nintendo allows it. B support...Oh wow! That was hilarious! I cannot imagine Goldmary being upset that she is not popular. NO seriously with her good looks, it's hard NOT to leer at her! That and her loving her popularity and such. The last support really reflects on her character and why she's such a charming perfectionist. Good job man.

The pact ring portion is kind of strained on Alnear's side since he never returns her affection in any support beyond being a friend. But I get it, we need to have that romantic element for the fans.

That’s most supports with Player Protagonists with characters that have affectionate sides doesn’t get to get a return of what they’re doing until S rank Byleth and Manuela is a great example. It’s mostly a self insert one sided thing that Japan likes to do which is pretty annoying. But it kinda makes sense since players might choose another character over another in their S so it can be vague just in case.

@@bravescholarlys1127 not to mention that Nintendo tree house kind of went nuts taking out romantic subtexts in a lot of supports…..this isn’t just Anna and Jean which I get and have no problem with its alteration, but even characters like Ivy, Fogado, and Hortensia were toned down

@@regulusking4299 idk the localization/translation was just plain BAD apparently the translator doesn’t even know Japanese that’s why camillia emblem bracelet is incorrectly translated as the emblem of revelation in English where in Japanese she is the emblem of the dark night kingdom (that was the Japanese title for fire emblem fates conquest)

@@sootythunder3111 I never knew that. But I don’t think the localization was all bad, there is some good as some of Goldmary supports in the JP version were a bit much in my opinion. But it’s definitely not as strong as Three Houses was imo

Seeing Yunaka, Celine, and Goldmary kinda triggering for me as a girl. Girls are manipulative, but seeing how guys love them, well guys like to be manipulated 😂 I’m playing Alear M now and I don’t know who to pick as a partner. This is why I don’t date girls LOL! I’ll just pick Diamant then LOL
