Love everything about this episode. My fiancé is originally from Albania and his entire family is absolutely welcoming. They love feeding you and would give the shirts off their backs for anyone needing it. Can’t wait to visit Tirana next month!

I go to my friends house who is in her late twenties and lives alone, and we don’t gossip at all. We don’t care about what other people do or say. My female friends would get drunk at night and no one in the area would care, especially at Blloku area. There is a part of the society that is patriarchal but the majority of youth is different. I’m Albanian and if I were to do this video from my experience, some things would be different as they are different from what you say. You’re not unique in your style of life in Albania. Since you’ve been here for a few years now, you should have known already. Other than these things, the presentation is just and I am glad you’re enjoying it.

Very brave of you to take a step and live in a country that is not well known, in fact, it is known more for bad things(bad reputation from Taken hahaha) then good things. but the reality is that Albania is a beautiful country with lovely people. Great video
