Actually the movie is going to add a third android named Steven and the three androids are going to play a flute trio instead of Walter and David's duet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and the xenomorph himself grabs a flute and they all play a quartet at the big climax of the film.

@@EyeXombieyes but not the androids. In the first movies, the appearance of androids are almost identical to humans. This was not the case in the game, they looked really creepy, just as in this trailer. So it would be fair to say that this film has taken inspiration from the game in this regard.

@@creatorsfreedom6734 This movie doesn't connect to Ridley Scott's two prequels at all. This is a standalone (so far, there are rumors) sequel/continuation set between Alien and Aliens. It takes place about 20 years after Alien. Fede Alvarez has said he wanted to respect all the movies and lore, but he isn't connecting the movie to any of them other than the original movie (and possibly setting things up for Aliens later on).

alien is my second favorite film, its just great in every way the lighting the sets, the range of characters who arnt incompitent. i think the thing is the best horror film, but alien is better overall.

This trailer is too dark, can't see a thing (in some of the scenes). Don't Breathe was a Netflix production wasn't it? I've never seen anything from Netflix that I enjoyed. Or this director. At least Ridley Scott directed the previous Alien movies.

There are bits and pieces here and there in future movies that are done great. I truely loved the AvP scene on the pyramid! Another scene in that movie was the all Mighty Queen! (finally) The last one was even worse than Alien Ressurection..

​@rvandenberg1987 even Resurrection had an interesting scene with trapped xenomorphs, which seemed to be arguing which of them would be sacrificed to break them out of containment. It showed a level of intelligence and will-to-live not seen before.

@@citizen3000 Alien without an R rating is a film for kids. Its amust inside the Alien franchise. It does matter for this movie. If not there is no tension for the beast at all. The deaths for certain characters gives drama and fear for the audience. ( if its done in a perfect way) Thats why the last Jurassic World failed. No lead character died. Even if the trailer makes us believe someone did die. I was like are you serious right now!? Family friendly dino petting. Anyways this is a bit off the course. But the gist of it.

I’m a big dead space fan, so this trailer is making me excited to see the film already. Even the face huggers going down the hallway reminded me of the tiny necromorphs that would jump on you

In alien to alien: resurrection the tech had that 79-90s retro scifi feel. Watch them again and pay some attention to details this time

@@kamilus4220 so the main leaks have been that this new one takes place right between the first and 2nd one, the alien from the end of the first movie is the same one in the trailer, Ian Holm who played Ash in the first movie comes back in complete cgi, and the worst one is that they are going to use the black goo from Prometheus to make their own human/alien hybrid where it’s supposed to look really stupid with like a human face but an alien mouth
