Kent reminds me of my Dad. Pops was from Big Springs Texas, and he could cook. Pops was a cowboy as well, in his much younger days. I agree with everyone here about Kent having his own cooking show on Network TV, but like most cowboys, he is probably happy and content to share his knowledge in this little corner of youtube. I have tried a few of your recipes and they were AWESOME, bought your seasoning, and we use it on just about everything. Waxed paper works much better in the wind. You could even use some double sided scotch tape to keep it to the board. We did it in the Boy Scouts.

Wind or not plastic wrap has never worked for me. I think its made not to work. Ive seen hotdogs with chili in them and hamburgers with cheese in them but never seen this before. Thanks for the video. Glad to see you 3 doing well. Ive watched parts of your videos these months but not posted. This is the first full video Ive seen of yours in these months and I enjoyed it. Made me smile. Im happy to see what God has given you guys...life, talent, fun, and most of all each other. I was the cook of my family and Ive not cooked anything but 2 boiled eggs since my wife passed 4 1/2 months go. Living on bad food I just warm. Some day I plan to dig into your old videos and try to make something once again. My skillets are waiting on me.
