@@rockstarrab4229 I think the tight neck and head part with even the ears covered just looks ridiculous. I don't know if there's an objective truth to it, or if it's just a matter of taste... but it seems most people agree that the mask looks ugly as hell lmao
There will never be another Captain America like Chris Evans. And the speech from the Winter Soldier - it is so relatable to real life and what is going on behind our backs.. It's like we were given a warning in this movie and it's up to us to fight for our freedom even if the price is high
So many of these monologues would have been cheesy as hell coming from so many other actors. Chris Evans' ability to deliver them with so much earnest sincerity was incredible.
Even in the dc marvel crossover, superman said to cap that he should lead the team, without any second thought everyone agreed to that and cap lead both avengers and justice league against thanos and Darkseid. With this you can see how much respect and admiration Captain america has even from the DC universe. Cap is my role model and an inspiration for so many.
I'm so motivated by Cap. I know I'm not as smart as him, but I try to be as good person as him. He always looks up for the others, never gives up, motivates the team.
Basically what we are supposed to do in life anyway, be respectful as possible to our fellow man, and help as much as we can without making someone feel like they are meant to be crapped on in life. Just my thought
I know these are just movies to many and these characters aren’t “real” but to me, they are real. They are a real inspiration of figures we should aspire to be. Captain America and his speeches make me feel like I can tackle anything. I know that may sound silly, but I love each and every one of the Avengers, characters like this give us hope that we can all make ourselves better and fill us with strength
Its so great that you feel that way. As a writer, our biggest/ultimate goal is to make the audience feel what you felt when experiencing these movies. That even though these exact characters may not be real, the things they stand for and represent are, and very much so. Looking past the screen and seeing what makes up their essence, and using that to better ourselves. Its a beautiful thing
Captain America (Steve Rogers) is as real as he can be for me. He is my role model since i was just little boy more than my own father. So yeah, his speech and his action is so aspiring for me too. and by god he never disappoint, whether in the comics, animated or movies.
@@deeparupesinghe3164 lol to bad everyone that’s ever been wit Chief died lol look at all the unsc soldiers that get raped and die while begging chief to save them😭😭😭
I always felt like Cap was the step father or father figure to Stark given the time they came from. I think Stark senior and Cap would of agreed on just about everything. You can see on Tony's face on the first speech he's like ''ye thats my dad i'm proud of him'' and when he's really mad with Cap he's like ''I needed you and you weren't there'' its much more of an emotional reaction then just a team mate who couldnt make it. as teens we fight against our parental figures and the rules they set out for us but its only through fucking things up do we realise they were right...they were right because they went through same thing and love us. Ironman wanted to automate safety for the world but safety and liberty must also be respected and he was willing to sacrifice a little to get everyone safe...cap wasn't because cap knows the road that leads to letting go of a little liberty and justice here and there...
RDJ stated that to Iron Man, Cap was the “big brother he could never live up to.” Howard Stark always bragged about how good of a man Steve was and Tony hated Cap initially because Howard would never shut up about Steve
For me, cap is actually the strongest Avenger, leadership, pure, noble, strength, physique etc. Able to lift Mjolnir and fought Thanos 1 on 1 gave him a good beating only as a human
I like how at the end of that first speech 00:45 Tony stark gave Cap. that goofy look , as if his giant ego didn't wanna admit it, but recognized Cap's actually kinda good at the speeches 😂
That falcon line: "Did you write it down first, or was it off the top of your head" I love the delivery; its true to the relationship between those two of being jovial, but there is this sense there of falcon almost hoping that cap was practising it before hand to almost humanise him and at least put them on a simmilar level, but at the same time there is this hope that the Legendary Captain America is truely the inspiration leader figure everyone says and that it was just unscripted truth.
i love how in the first avengers movie he speaks like a soldier (cos he was out of the ice for a few weeks or months after the first captain america movie) then through winter soldier to endgame he's speaking normally since he already adjusted to the new world he woke up to.
You have to give credit to Christopher Markus and Stephen McFreely who wrote the scripts and the dialogues for the Avengers movies, props to them for writing such badass lines.
Sam Wilson may be the worthiest successor as Captain America, but we cannot deny that Steve Rogers is irreplaceable, just as Zemo said: "There's never been another Steve Rogers."
Sadly my favourite isnt in here, as I guess it doesn't count as a full speech. But I love in Age of Ultron when he says "You get hurt, hurt 'em back. You get killed... walk it off."
If anyone should be playing cap it’s Chris and no one can replace that! Chris evens has a way of playing those roles in a matter that it is so inspiring. Thanks for changing my life
I can resonate with Captain America saying if I'm the only one then so be it. But I'm willing I'm bad I'm not. My life has the odds against me. Every one has left me in the gutter
Never thought of all people we could respect and inspired people to the right path on becaming a hero, is one of our first Avenger and leader, Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America..Worthy of his title as one of the team, and he also NEVER lost faith on himself and the other heroes he trusted most. He also values strength and compassion, despite facing his biggest fear and weaknesses of his own, even hold back for it, and the shield chose him for a reason, represents a symbol. 🛡️🔨 Hope. Faith. Compassion. And stand above, Rise. And fight. PS: Never forget, Thor's hammer also helps made him worthy too..😂😂 For rallying of all team alongside him and ASSEMBLE as well!
Between him and Mr. Rogers there will never be. Two icons which don't shadow me. They are the two that I aspire to. Because they have the attitude I get down to. And when all of time is lost to the past. I hope these two never pass.
