There’s a canon explanation for that. She’s constantly tormented/coached by her former Jedi master, who knows she’s not what she’s making out to be, being Dooku’s dark side apprentice - she’s not evil and murderous. She’s conflicted and never fully gives in to the dark side as she should.
It would last a long time and Dooku may not have the stamina for it. Dooku's best bet would be to overpower Kenobi with the Force, which he can do pretty easily.
I love how Pre Vizla is all "My ancestors sacked the Jedi Temple" and "the New Mandalorians are weak, we aren't" and all that, and then still gets his shit rocked by Obi-Wan 13:34 The snarl on Obi-Wan's face always gets me, he's ready to absolutely kill Maul and Savage
The duel with Maul and Savage on Florrum just shows that he's a better duellist than even Palpatine - Palpatine had to keep relying on his superiority in the Force and kept separating Maul and Savage, even being on the backfoot when Maul alone went after him in a rage with a Sith sabre and the Darksabre, whereas Obi-Wan held them both off at once and sent them running for their lives.
Palpatine is not a great duelist, he is a great force user that can choke most opponents and push them. Only Yoda was more powerful than him in the force, but there were many better duelists: dooku, plo koon, windu, obi wan, anakin, yoda, darth jar jar etc.
@@metalvenger2During their battle over Coruscant, Dooku says in the Revenge of the Sith novelization that Obi-Wan was no longer an easy opponent. Infact Dooku took out Obi-Wan for this specific reason as he felt eventually he stood no chance for Obi-Wan.
Bro survived Maul and his double bladed lightsaber and decided to make it his life's goal to have the perfect defense and to know how to deal with multiple saber blades at once.
11:50 it's interesting that Obi-Wan is adamant about using Qui-gon's style of fighitng against Maul here. He almost automatically starts to use his normal style before switching to Qui's.
I really thought Obi-Wan fought Dooku, like, way more than he actually did. That fight with the Pyke Syndicate (I think that's what it was??) plus the two fights from the prequel trilogy. Anakin fought Dooku one-to-one, like, at least three times.
Obi-Wan is one of the greatest Soresu masters in history. He was limited only by his M-count, which wasn't especially low and still enabled him to perform amazing feats during times of great need.
@@LB-fy5sj Plot armor? you could say the same thing about Darth Vader or Palpatine. Obi wan's feats are crazy and bro is super powerful and he impacts the story greatly.
