The problem with this test is that it's measured on speed without load. You need to include tests on the ability to pull loads, especially through harsh conditions, because that's what matters most in the end.

First of all, one problem. When conducting tests, you should always use 1) loaded trucks with a 2x cargo 2) loaded trucks with semi trailer cistern 3) don't use empty trucks in anything, because the game is not about moving emopty but deliverying cargo in difficult conditions 4) always use autogear and only if needed go to low gear. It's unfair to the trucks that have diff lock always ON if you start in low gear, where all trucks can enable difflock. That is the main advantage of the difflock always on, you can drive faster than the others that need to use offroad/snowrunner gearbox to have high speed in nasty conditions special note: regarding fuel test, some trucks have addons for fuel that can be used all the time, not putting any problems to using other addons, like the bandit, actaeon, ..... and those values should be counted as fuel capacity of the truck EDITL i think there si some bad math at the fuel consumption and times. It doesn't add up how bandit was so little time (even fi smaller tank, the difference is too much from other trucks with similar fuel consumption) I think the value for the 150l is 15.9min and actual real game use having the addon on cabin (290l) is 30.7min ... Please redo the tests according to game usability, not irelevant empty trucks And make some circuits that use a lot of mud and swamp, not straight asphalt, because majority of the maps in the game is from mud and swamp and snow.

Lot of surprises here. Royal did really good despite not having a Diff Lock. The Voron family is a really good set too.

No snow test, no test for heavy loads, no test for pulling heavy trailers. I'm not saying these results are invalid, but that the testing pool leaves out many of the tasks that these trucks will need to accomplish.

Azov 64131 is KING. fuel economy and ability to do basically everything in game, slow but steadily... its the best

Azov 64131 was not tested properly. It lost both races because it was tested without load. That truck doesn't care if it is loaded up fully, it just keeps going. While the other are always struggling when loaded, some even with lightest loads.

Azov 64131 is unstoppable. I avoid using it because it ends up being easy to complete the missions.

Tayga Is a fantastic allrouder,are my favorite truck . Azov 64131 Is very slow but steady and very good to pool everyone. Paystar 5070 Is a good choice in early game.

I do like these direct comparison vids but I think loaded trucks should be used since that's what really matters. just a flatbed or side board bed with at least a medium weight load to see how they do. getting around empty kinda easy but loaded is definitely important. some of these trucks just handle loads better than others

The Grad is always my go to off-road truck. I don't know why but I've never been a fan of the tayga or 64131 much

Interesting video Liked it. Could you do a comparison of stock trucks with heavy loads either logs or metal beams. The purpose of truck is to pull load through different terrain and that's where it will become more interesting.

I would be more interested in a bone stock comparison. Since it takes so long to fully upgrade everything.

Baboo hope you next video is with same trucks but with load on em :) Man the Azov in Group A. all them trucks rushing off. Meh no need to rush i get there with loads of fuel. Royal still my most yoused truck. gets me from A-B every day. Sometimes with some help from Big Cat when stuck ;)

Please use a better tire option for International Paystar, one with dual back tires. The mud tires aren't good for much because they're too thin.

Azov 64131 is best off-road truck. (In my opinion)

More test are needed! And then you can divide the total points by the cost!

It would be most useful on the final scorecard on all these videos, to see for each vehicle how many DNF's in total they got - I'm particularly thinking of the scout vehicle videos, but also the unmodified larger trucks as that's representative of early game.

in the suspension test you should rate for damage, I love your videos, tayga is the best

Since the Azoz 64 is more of a heavy truck due to it's weight, can you compare it to the new Tatra to see which is better?

I use the zink 5368 if I need a saddle low. It doesn't get hung up on trailers like most trucks.

Nice idea and thanks for the video, any chance you could share the spreadsheet / google sheets of the results? I'd like to remove all of the tests (like the road race) where the results were all within a hair of each other. Seems pointless to give a truck 25 pts over another because it won a road race by milliseconds. Plus, it's an offroad truck test, so, I'd like to compare just their offroad capabilities, not their ability to get groceries on the weekend ;)

So the voron is pretty much the same performance but has more utility. So the voron is the true king.

The 2 point per rank scoring method really skews the results. A total time score would be much more accurate and indicative of each truck's performance. That, along with running the same tests on the same track in each video, would allow us to compare trucks between videos. I have a hunch that we would see a lot of the trucks that are a lot closer in performance.

If you want the tests to be meaningful, you need to do several things. 1.) Do the races with a load on the back and towing a trailer 2.) Include a stability and bounciness tests, trucks that tip over and or flip are useless Placing the Azov 64 in 13th for example just misleads players new to the game, because it is one of the best trucks in the game full stop, as long as you can put up with it being slow and steady, but many, many times other trucks will slow down it does not, especially when you start involving loads especially heavier ones. So to anyone watching this, the Tayga and the Azov 64 are probably the two best by quite some margin. Especially when you take into account that it's nearly impossible to run the Azov out of fuel..

I would choose royal, only free truck in top 5 and one of my favorite trucks in game, the open diff can be a problem though, but great free all rounder truck.

This is an accurate test, we have all considered the top 3 for our fleets. But in hard mode you can't run a truck without bed and crane combined. This would be complete with a tipping test, and that would probably put the AE-43 in top... I mean the Tayga is awesome, but not in the hills of Amur.

What's missing is scores by bed options. Namely, some trucks can fit crane, bed & pull trailer. Some can't pull a trailer while having crane and bed, and some can't equip crane and bed together. Those are valuable things to consider when comparing all offroaders. And I believe you made a mistake in the fuel efficiency, as you include the gas tank size. It should be called something else, and imho you should have included the roofrack for Bandit as having it deducts nothing, but yields extra 100l or so. Good video otherwise. With the above weighed in, I'd award more points to trucks like Voron D, Azov 5 and deduct from trucks like Tayga and other smaller offroaders.

It’s a wonder the paystar did so badly in the deep mud, it has super high suspensions and mud tires unlike it’s American brethren, yet they absolutely crushed it. Even the freightliner which is not a particularly powerful truck.

Dude, you did amazing and time consuming work, it is nice to know but it can be very misleading because they are not loaded. Plus there should be score for usability. All trucks that can have crane+bed+trailer would get some extra points. I love tayga, but it can’t even use crane+bed - this is detrimental in my opinion. Plus if any truck can have extra fuel on the roof it should be counted. I would love to see more fair ranking, but still this was good knowledge. And as we know those cars we can get info from it - thank you.

We all knew the Tayga was the early game king but i wasent expecting it to win. I noticed that it pretty mutch always ended up in the top 5-6 so i think thats the reson why its so good. Not the best at anything but not far behind the best in everything. Also just imagen how good the Azov 64131 would be if it wasent so damn slow.

Some of these trucks really need more fuel. I mean 200L is bugger all. Wish there was a way to upgrade fuel tank capacity. Nothing worse then doing missions with multiple drops & needing to fuel up every time you load something take it to its destination then fuel up on the way back again

While I loved zooming around in the BM17 it should have failed some sort of tipping test. Bandit is also kind of useless because of that issue.

Avov 64131 is best at offroad but not at speed. Too much of these tests are about speed i think.

Well, how about to make a Point to Point delivery, with same heavy cargo like long logs in all type conditions like deep mud, climbing a hill, some snow, forest, whater, crosing rivers, With SAME high mud tyres dimensions, and at The finish we shall see The REAL consumption of Fuel and what Time, and where they stuck, because you see, tayga truck îs very fast with low load, but with some high and în deep mud or snow, azov is better 😉🤔☺️
