Some Allen Edmonds came into the shop to get some new soles and heels. The Customer stated that the shoes were loose in the arch so once we had the old soles off we took the gemming loose and pulled the gemming in, so it would fit in the arch of the shoe. We then did some light cleaning to remove some of the spots on the upper. After that the customer requested JR leather soles and a solid rubber heel.
