1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar (OR 1/3 cup Demerara sugar)
1 cup natural (unsalted) almond butter
Optional: 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
