Pork steaks look amazing. Daisy did a great job helping ya! I also use Meat Church Honey Hog on certain cuts of pork too….good stuff!

I think the stuff is good but I'm not sure it can stand on it's own. I'm kinda mixed on it. Wife got me a bunch of their rubs for Christmas 😎
