Can I just say, I have been reading a lot of comments about people who were assaulted. I am so sorry to all who has had these experiences, and I'm so sorry if this trial has brought up feelings of anger and frustration. I cannot imagine what you've had to endure, and the fact that you can type "I have been sexually assaulted" to show your support for others is just..so incredibly strong. You are all warriors, truly.

She records everything she can to use as a weapon against him, yet has not pictures, videos, medical records, witnesses to any of these horrific injuries? Being beaten and sexually assaulted is so traumatizing, if this were true she would’ve had evidence or at the very minimum a witness to some of the injuries. Bruises on the face, cuts on feet, patches of hair ripped out and on the floor. She’s a liar and a terrible actress

She literally goes into details about things that aren’t even relevant, she doesn’t even properly answer the questions, and the fake cry was just so cringy to watch, what an absolute blow to people who have actually been abused, she should be absolutely ashamed of herself!

I'm a survivor of SEVERE child sexual/mental/physical abuse. Her testimony upsets me SO much that it's been causing my PTSD to kick up. Not because of her "abuse," but of her acting that she was abused like this. I know some people don't always act like we think they should, in regards to abuse recall, but the way her face is not covering up her acting is infuriating to me. I have spent the last 20 years in and out of therapy and the abuse has crippled my life. I don't want to be near anyone except my husband and kids. I disassociate often, when I think about the abuse, but I NEVER remember the details about my surroundings like she is talking about, when it was happening. I remember what I was feeling at the time vs what was around the room, etc. It sounds like a screenplay she is acting out that the lawyer is helping her along with. I always feel "dirty" talking about it and hate to make eye contact with other while I am telling about what happened. I hate to not believe a person who claims to be a victim, but her body language is screaming she is telling a story rather than accounting her own trauma.

So, her feet sliced up from glass, but took a sleeping pill and went to sleep! She would’ve needed serious medical help to remove said glass as she was ‘skating on glass!’ The way she stares JD down as a survivor of SA I just about managed to lift my eyes off the floor to clear the tears whilst recounting my abuse! But AH sat there staring JD down! Cannot recall any victim staring down their abuser,,8’ court or otherwise!

Why do we have recordings of petty arguments but not of these horrible situations where she's not the aggressor?

As a victim myself I wouldn’t be able to look the jury in the eye telling them one of the most traumatic things that has happened to me in my life. Unfortunately victims hang their heads in shame like we have done something wrong she doesn’t even look uncomfortable. I honestly believe women who lie about things like this should go to prison if it’s proved.

Does anyone really believe that, after being sexually assaulted, bleeding and having her leg “cut up pretty badly”, she would stay silent about all these and never for once reported or even mentioned it in front of anyone to get help?

“Did you experience any pain later” “I didn’t think about that” I’m sorry but as someone who was violated with a very similar implement, not only was I VERY aware of the pain, it caused scarring that was visible 7 years later, when I had surgery to rectify the damage that was done. This scarring was noticed by the gynae who did my next smear test, I didn’t need to document it at the time. She must have magical healing skin to be cut on her forearms and have a bottle/broken bottle inserted ‘over and over’ again into her vagina with absolutely no physical consequences.

I can’t imagine being in JD’s shoes, sitting there listening to her BS story. It has to be nearly impossible not to stand up and scream “She’s lying!!!”

You can clearly tell when someone is forcing themselves to cry, Ambers facial expressions constantly change while she's "crying" clearly showing its being put on its so obvious! she is acting and the fact Johnny won and Amber hasn't faced charges for literally accusing a guy of all that is insane.

I don't want to discount her but I find it really hard to understand why she she did not keep any records (photos) of her injuries or go to a hospital. She kept a video of him breaking closets but not this type of horrific abuse? It's hard to believe.

There is literally zero evidence of this abuse with the bottle, strange that she seemed to record everything else though? Johnny actually has hospital reports and photos of the injuries. She is relying completely on coming off as the "weak female victim"

This is really difficult for me to watch. I am a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, and have been struggling with PTSD, depression, and anxiety ever since. Watching this case has brought back so many memories and emotions, and the influx of my own feelings and emotions really hit me watching Amber. It's very strange to watch her recount things that echo what happened to me (and many others) and to see her feigning emotion when I am struggling with my own flashbacks and emotions during it is so hurtful. I have had to take breaks during watching due to the anxiety during watching it. What stands out most to me is what she was doing throughout all this. Partying, hanging out with friends, no hospital visits or days spent recuperating. When I was being abused, I felt so ashamed, I felt I never had energy, I very rarely went to see a friend, I had several hospital visits, days spent laying in bed feeling sick and in pain and bruised. I couldn't have mustered any strength to do what she was doing during what she describes. I wasn't there so I can't say for certain, but as a survivor myself, it just doesn't ring true.

She really thinks that the jury is believing her. Unreal beyond words.

I have a sister who unfortunately was actually sexually abused as a child ill never forget her telling me the first time. Well at first she was so ashamed she couldn't bare to tell any of us so she ended up telling a female detective bc it was easier for her. Eventually she built the courage up to tell all of us. But what stuck out to me is the pain in her facial expressions. The endless tears and uncontrollable body shakes . you could just tell she had been through something horrific to her core whereas I see none of that with Ms.Heard. not one tear throughout her story. Idk I just cant convince myself to believe this chick. There have been moments where I thought she was telling the truth but I feel like its a series of large lies with small truths scattered amongst her stories.

The bottle she’s claiming he assaulted her with is big. Big enough she would have sustained internal injury and tearing and would have needed to go to the hospital.

How can a real abuse victim maintain love for someone who allegedly inflicted violence, pain, shame, humiliation, and degradation by shoving a broken bottle up her vagina? This extreme level of abuse and violation would cause serious injury, physically and emotionally, particularly to mental illnesses such as depression, paranoia, and PTSD. But going out with other guys the very next day and having a baby, is not really the usual symptom of that extreme level of trauma. The last thing a real abuse victim would do is maintain love for the abuser, in fact, it's the opposite. So this debunks her testimony. She's desperate to say anything to get out of this. And, real assault victims don't pout and sulk throughout the trial. It's likely she got away with inflicting so much abuse on others, her entire life.

“It was this ugly navy blue brown paint.” Completely irrelevant. When someone adds details to a story that has no relevance, they are lying. And again with the “beautiful burgundy lace nightgown that Dr. Kipper gave her.” The acting… wow, it’s awful! I feel so sorry for Johnny for having to sit through this. It’s like watching a horrible B movie, except the ridiculous accusations are real. If she wasn’t aware of the picture, then why was it taken? She just takes pictures of liquor bottles without any reason?

So she was “bleeding” after a bottle being shoved up there, but wasn’t concerned. As a sexual assault and domestic violence survivor, it is absolutely disgusting what she’s doing, I couldn’t look the cops, my dad even my therapist In the eye about it, I didn’t go to trial thankfully cause I wouldn’t have been able to but if I did I don’t think I’d be able to look at anyone, picking my skin, nails etc… she’s an absolutely disgrace to woman who survived the same pain, she’s one of the reason nobody believes us.

Check how any times Amber looks at the Jury during her testimony. Now, go back to Johnny's testimony and check how many times he looks at the Jury when he spoke. The difference is huge!!! Johnny looks lost in thought when he spoke as if he is re-living those moments in his mind. Whereas, Amber looks like a bad actress who memorized all her lines in a hurry and needs to convince the audience without raising their suspicion. Also, look at her face before and after the Jury enters the courtroom (longer/full video). How she makes a different face for the Jury. See for yourself.
