I have the ONA in hardware and it's just beautiful! The linear fm does not change your pitch!

It does, but it has to be modulated at audio rate, it is subtler than EXP FM :)

@@jeremietoussaint4085 Yess they are! And pretty cheap aswell! The doepfer Standart vco is 160€ and ONA is 180€ and has much more functionality in less hp! I have both and they play beauuutifully together.. if you see "barriers" on my site you can see how ona sounds.. simple sine out but using FM to make it sound like a piano-y thing..

I have the ona too it's really nice. There's a little detail I love that you can't see on the vcvrack version, the logo in the middle is actually a led that oscillates with the oscillator. Very useful for LFOs (and pretty!)

hello , excellent demonstration of nano modules , thanks , if i understand correctly , sig on Serra is an external signal source commanding the envellope shape ? or isjust a signal thru ?

Now that there's a new firmware update, are you maybe planning to revisit the Plaits series, in hardware form? I want to see this so much, I'd loan you the one I just bought, if it didn't mean probably >$100 in shipping costs...

impressive, which sample rate did you run this on? any chance you ran 96k? cause I got half the cpu load on 48k as you had on a cpu that needs 15w doing this patch :D given you occasionally mention you got a beefy cpu :)

@@jonkruth4157 ok all good, I thought he used the latest cpu or something, I'm not up to date with x86 architecture anymore - can't wait for vcv to get arm native - sure looks like the future is arm, mostly bc of its power efficiency. I run vcv emulated for arm, and it does quite well.

do you have some kind of discord or reddit or else? im stuck,triggering a stable 16 seq with a seq3 and a rgate-timed 4>1 inbetween...resets wont play the first note of the stable 16 and somehow reset not right...as far as i can figure, i set up everything correct...might be something simple and obvious ,i tried several times , the 4>1 kind of switches on 2,not on 1..or similar. im quite a noob with vcv rack-like 2 weeks into addiction, but i worked with cubase on st1040 and logic on mac g5 for years,with an emulator II and a yamaha cs15 and a d4 drummodule mixing with a 4-track tascam taperecorder back in the days ,so im not a complete noob in general....
