What Nick didn't mention is that Reckless was notorious for eating stuff like the campaign hat the Aussies gave her and one of her blankets and in cold nights in Korea she would sleep in the tents with the Marines Also when customs held Reckless they inferred that one of the diseases she might have was a STD which pissed the Marines off for questioning her honor

I wouldn't want to do that hill with NO gear, let alone however much shit they want to load down on their "light" infantry. Also if you're wondering, that bit at the end about the toilet paper is referencing his video on single ply toilet paper, which is also awesome.

So I work with horses for a living and here's a crazy fact you probably never knew about horses: It's not uncommon to give horses beer to help muscle recovery after doing strenuous work. So when the Marines gave Sergeant Reckless beer it actually helped her. Now I can't comment on the mixed drinks or the amount of beer the Marines gave her but it wasn't all bad for Sergeant Reckless.😁😅

Another neat fact that many people may not realize is that even tho horses are herbivores they can and will eat meat if the opportunity presents itself. So the marines feeding her bacon and eggs (tho probably not the healthiest due to the grease) isn’t as strange as you might think.

The Lance Corporal Underground, like the E-4 Mafia, is fully capable of getting shit done very quickly when properly motivated such as in the case of Reckless or when told that they can't go home until the work is done.

She was a Mongolian, as in the horse breed, so while yes she was quite small at 14 hands she was also super sturdy. Probably also where she got her tenacity from.

I would pay to get that horse back myself if I could. As long as I can give her a hug. I also worked in a kitchen during the pandemic and wildfires having to wear a respirator in Portland Oregon.

Back when I worked at sonic in Denison Texas i don't remember if it was the California fire that burned most of the west coast or the one from up north but i remember the sky looked a little orange and you can vaguely smell smoke from Denison to Bells

Every time I see a new Fat Electrician video I'm like "Why tf is this not a modern major motion picture?" Like the Eager Beavers for example, or Lewis Millett, or the DeHavlin Mosquito, these are all outstanding movie idea. Aimo, eh I dunno, it would be pretty funny I think. The Ghost of Battan I think would be another good one, or a modernized one for Jake McNeice.

Fortunately I'm in Ohio, but i do remember that gender reveal fiasco after the wildfires. I WAS PIZZED OFF FOR ALL THE OTHERS IN THE SOUTHWEST. I mean my GAWD that is some b.s. that someone from the midwest would do. Yes, i live in intelligence hell. It's like "Idiocracy" here. Anyways, yeah, gender reveals were dumb before, but now i think it should be a class 2 felony.

Just thought I should add context to the toilet paper comment in the post credit scene. Mr fat electrician’s wife bought 1ply toilet rolls. Or as Nick says they are military grade toilet paper. He was not happy, so not happy that he actually made a video on it. I think for the end credit scene Nick actually made it a joke, for those of us have actually seen that video.
