No obnoxious commentator host, no 1 second cutscene flashes that give you epilepsy, just raw footage of an expert doing his thing. Great video Travel Thirsty.
An "expert?" Cutting that much fat from a brisket shows no expertise at all. Apparently Brisket and ribs are just another in a long line of Chicongo failures
I live a block away from here. On a nice summer day I can smell the delectable smoked brisket wafting through the air and calling my name. Definitely the best brisket I’ve ever had. I always order it with extra “bark.” 😋
Not enough people know about Smoque. It is INCREDIBLE. The best brisket you're going to find outside of Texas. I used to live in the apartments behind them on Kedvale ave for a few years and it drove me insane and I'm a good ol Southern boy born and raised. I wanted it all the time. The mac and cheese is next level.
Best BBQ around. Their brisket is so good words cannot describe it. Also the best ribs I ever had. If you want to eat there don’t go too late. Once they run out of something they’re out for the rest of the day.
I think I died and went to BBQ Heaven, the brisket and the ribs look so delicious my mouth was salivating the hole video. Unfortunately I can't eat much of that any more (health reasons). Either way, I enjoyed watching this video and thank you.
Это Брискет..... Шикарное блюдо. Кто не ел окститесь, мясо не горелое так и должно быть, готовится долго, видно что мясо отличное, видна степень прожарки и дымный хамон по краям мяса внутри. Мастеру🤝👍
I watched another video a while ago to talk about many of these BBQ places requires to be certain location because of supply of the woods to have the smokes as part of it. I ate them twice before and the smell from the wood smoked on them just enhance the taste.
Sides look good. Meat looks tender. Sauces look good, ( I own a sauce company, i would know). Missing smoke rings, not necessarily a flavor indicator however a BBQ judge will look for it. Remove salt from the final rub and salt the meat first. You will have an awesome smoke ring every time.. Still, I will be sampling your Q next time I goto Chicago..
Meat looks good(I own cows, i would know) The color looks good(I own paint, i would know) The heat is almost a little too high(I own a heater, I would know) But I'd still eat this(I'm a professional eater, I would know)
I feel like 85% of anyone who smokes ribs and or brisket has their ish come out bomb. So being the best is a matter of who you have served to. Go Meats !
Yeah, that ain't Texas bbq, too wet with sause. Overall I'd say a good job. They got me with the gas fired rotisserie. Finished product looked good. Ribs could use some more time maybe. Don't know about that serrated knife cutting the brisket, might as well use electric. Didn't separate the flat and the point which is ok I guess. Nice job on the trim up and seasoning.
Nunca irá chegar aos pés do verdadeiro churrasco BRASILEIRO!! Muito maquiado esse churrasco...cheio de tempero...aposto que nem o verdadeiro saber da carne sente 🇧🇷🇧🇷
buypimentowood take my bbq to the next level with these pimento wood. But, first, I got to search for an excellent Jamaican recipe. My smoker made so much smoke and smelled mouthwatering.
@@damitzdesign well known by who? People in Illinois? Not saying it won’t eat good but no one who wants good bbq travels to the Midwest. You go south. It’s good to know they are cooking up good bbq in the Midwest.
@@randyranderson Well known by everyone across the country.... KC bbq is good midwestern bbq also... The south is good as well, but I feel like you're comment is discrediting good midwestern bbq..
@@damitzdesign KC is awesome bbq and rightfully well known for it. Arguably some of the best BBQ in the country. Not discrediting it at all. Chicago is not well known for BBQ. KC is. Glad Chicago is getting after it but the Midwest is known for many great things but BBQ ain’t one of them.
