American fried rice AKA Fried rice of America (USA) is the name of this dish from the street food stall. Ingredients Egg, Hot Dog and (Sausage) cooking in asia street food. Price $1.5 USD
Saw this thumbnail saying “American fried rice” and asked my wife... “How TF they make “American” rice!? Throw some hot dogs and in there!?” .... First ingredient..... hot dogs.
Actually the fried rice is called USA fried rice, not USA the states but U - udang (prawn), S -sotong (squid), A-ayam (chicken). Idk y they put hot dog, but i see they cut hot dog into squid like look maybe to cut cost using real squid (seafood pretty expensive here)
Fun fact, actually American Fried Rice or in Malaysia we call it "Nasi Goreng USA" is actually Nasi goreng (fried rice) U - udang (shrimp) S- sotong (squid) A- ayam (chicken).
The process is so beautiful to watch.. I worked at an asian place and I can still see the food and the flames and when he would throw spices they would ignite and sparkle in the air.. Just the most beautiful thing.. They would feed me staff food which was whole fish with lemon or other genuine asian dishes and I was in love. I still cook in a wok to this day🌺🎆💖
@@Loreall4Jesus who is saying they aren't , matter is because of WFH & the Covid environment outside , we don't ear outside as much as we used to do 🌮🥘
@@liveletlive3348 People that have been vaccinated have to still wear mask & social distance themselves. Don't you think that's strange?! I thought C19 vaccines were effective. I guess not!
In Malaysia we have a common dish called nasi goreng USA, which stands for Udang, Sotong, Ayam (Prawns, Squid and Chicken) plus this is actually in Malaysia... if you look closely at the cars plates

American fried rice established in Thailand during Vietnam war . when American GI have to eat fried rice and they put sausage raisins with Thai fried rice.
Seeing the cooking, I feel like I am standing in the restaurant next to my house and watching the cooking. What more can I say about the taste of our food here !! How beautiful food is available in Kolkata and how cheap but nutritious it is.
This is in asia. The number plate, the way he set up his place, and the cooking style is unmistakably asian. Even the guy looks asian. There's no way this is an american fried rice.
how american people laugh in chat : ahahahah lol how malaysia people laugh in chat: ahahahahahah how russian people laugh in chat : xaxaxaxaxa how indonesian people laugh in chat : wkwkwkwkwkwk
In Thailand we have "American fried rice" b/c they put ketchup , hot dog, peas, top with fried egg (foreigner style) all of ingredients from southern world and at that time (20 -30years ago) famous country is US. So... we called American fried ( Kao Pad a-me-kan).
My American friends eats cereal, wheat bread, blt, ham bacon and egg in the morning. And most of the time loves eating tacos, hamburgers, pizza and pastas.
My dear channel.. In Malaysia, where this was recorded, Nasi Goreng USA stands for Nasi Goreng Udang Sotong Ayam. 1. It means Squid, Prawns and Chicken Fried Rice, in English. 2. You got cheated by a fried rice seller.
It's not even american style. USA is an acronymof mixed fried rice (Udang is shrimp, Sotong is squid, Ayam is chicken, hence the USA). The guy recorded this must have thought USA is referring to the american state😂
STER Gaming “Chinese takeout” style food is made for American and western tastes, so yeah, this is pretty American style. Chinese fried rice would have different ingredients
I remember growing up, eating fried rice is a luxury! Try eating rice only, no oil, no salt, no sausage, no egg, no soy sauce...nothing! I don’t complain.
Its "nasi goreng u.s.a" The "u.s.a" is reffering to udang, sotong, ayam which mean shrimp, squid and chicken. But i didn't see any of it on what he cooked.
this is just my opinion. probably because of the sausage and egg is a very american food? typical american breakfast would be sausages, fried eggs, bacon? i might be wrong lol.
@@DanTraa the real American or USA fried rice has 'udang' (prawn), 'sotong' (squid) and 'ayam'(chicken). Just the initial is USA. nothing American in its ingredient.
Ini kok dari jawa barat ya jangan salah fahamin.. Aslinya nasi goreng dari Indonesia ya bukan dari mana2 kok saya tahu saya bisa ajarin sejarah tentang kita-peterpan ngakak khontol

To ya'll who doesn't know, if you visit Kelantan, Malaysia, the region near to Siam (south of Thai), they have varieties of Fried Rice (nasi goreng). One of the varieties is, we call it with the local Kelantanese dialect, Nasi Goreng "Amareka" (America), so when RedFood asked the local non English speaking chef, what are you cooking? He said Nasi Goreng Amareka, or directly translated to American Fried rice, thus the title of this video. It is simply Thai fried rice with sausage and omelette, sometimes pour chilli sauce on top. When we say Thai fried rice, must put Thai sauce... Malaysian and Thais will understand what im talking about. This video took place in Malaysia, you can see the car plate number.
