He is pure majic love his show i went to australia back in 1996 and toured around on a motorbike and was thinking about selling up in new zealand and shifting to aussie and i saw his show tourong aussie on his harley trike and loved evey miniute of it an on his very last clip he said thats how i see it and aussie is a young and vibrant country and was saying how i felt about it myself then it hit me like a bolt of lightning go and do it so i did and ive never looked back thanks to billy i overcame a bad point in my life and made a new start he helped change my life and i thank him for that

I was waiting for a bus tonight with my mum and we'd been talking about how we were glad he seems to recognise people ok and my mum asked this grumpy old guy what do you think of Billy, to which he replied 'Billy who?' I was like oh here we go, an idiot who doesn't like him and another one said sarcastically 'have you met him?' to which my mum replied 'yes she has" even though I haven't but I saw him close up twice. My mum met Pamela after we both watched her discuss Billy at the Royal concert hall here in Glasgow! Pam was totally lovely to my mum. I said back to the two of them you are just jealous 'cos he's done so well , he's amazing, right and you two are just bitter old gits!! It really irks me when I hear anyone from here NOT appreciate and love him! I love ya Billy, you are precious to me and anyone who doesn't appreciate your genius can sod right off!! This guy cheers me up on a daily basis and i'm so thankful to him for all he's done! Comedy genius and the funniest person EVER!!!! So proud to say he's from my home city!
I'm from glasgow the east end to be specific and i can tell you right now i'm 100% positive your from the west end because you've just used the word "git" and "sod" and that automatically makes you a fanny and it's a well know fact that all fannys are from the west end. I almost met him! He was waiting to cross the road just off George square in Glasgow back in '90 and I walked past him as I crossed to the other side, but as I was so star struck and overcome I bottled out of speaking to him! So regretful over that as I love the man! He's the funniest person of all time!
Hi Donna! I wish I could have! I was so stunned and overcome because this was Billy, someone I practically worshipped! I'm so happy I got to be that close to him! Tried several times to get through to buy tickets for his show but never got them :-(
