That last tip was gold! I'm in the midst of learning to truly from my heart do _everything_ unto the Lord and not unto men and letting go of that crippling desire to be accepted by people. As I get to know Him more through out this journey this becomes easier. Praise God for His patience with us while He does that work in our hearts. Love you, sister.

Thank you for this teaching. I use to work 55-60 hours a week. I was exhausted and at times irritable, but the financial gains were making up for it, at least I thought. One day God clearly put in my spirit to NEVER work more than 40 hours a week. I obeyed immediately and haven’t looked back.

I was not expecting you to mention watch what we eat. That is so true. We need to make sure we are well taken care of so we can care of others to the best of our ability. When our body is well, we praise the Lord better and longer.

Thank you for this beautiful video and for your wisdom. All these tips were so great. I’m glad you mentioned the deficiencies because I was in a really bad state and it was very hard for me to control my anger to the point where my body became numb and then when I went to the doctor, I found out that, my iron vitamin C and vitamin D levels were all depleted from living in Washington state temporarily. It’s important for us to get sunlight, especially if are melenated people. Taking walks throughout the day in the sunlight does wonders. May I add that? I think it’s important for us also to pray for deliverance from haughty spirits that one may have I believe that a quiet and gentle spirit is a gift and it’s something that I am praying for while still trying to learn more about, thank you and bless you.

Hi Sharda, I watched Samanda Hicks's last video about the vaccine. 5 min. We have a mild lockdown in London since yesterday, must say is sad. The worst is that our Christian parents say to not go out because we can get the virus. I hope this killer vaccine will not start Fema or forced vaccines though.

I was about to say that u look very pretty/fresh, like u r sleeping a lot now. Is very good to take care of oneself. I don't that much, but if I do I can feel, and see, the difference😀. It's about a healthy balance. Many Christian women are either a bit to much into taking care of themselfs or not doing anything. I haven't noticed it here in London at all over so many years, but back in Germany the ladies looked like Amish women in our Babtist church. And I don't mean it in a bad way, I love Amish way of life, the lovely dresses, but some of the women in our church had leg hair longer than some men🙄. Not good at all, as this might cause men to go and cheat. I know they shouldn't, but it can happen. So many women let themself go after marriage cos they know their husband loves them, and then they are distraught when their men cheat.
