This looks so delicious but I am curious why do you store it in the fridge? Does cacao butter go rancid? If I eat it in a day will I need to refrigerate it?

I've been doing urine enema retention therapy in attempts to regenerate my damaged teeth via stem cell function. If I work with a quality cacao source, can I increase my stem cells, and enable my urine therapy to be more effective?

Would coconut oil be a good substitute for cacao butter ? Or are the cacao butter benefits better ?

While delicious and having its own benefits, coconut oil won't quite keep things together. (It melts!) Cocoa butter is an important base, but beyond that you can freestyle quite a bit. :)
