You are correct when you say golf is very important, more important, then a simple game of distraction. It challenges our minds , body and emotions. It vexes us. It occasionally elates us. There are so many parallels between golf and the challenges of life. This may be why you are strong and facing this difficulty with such determination. You’ve trained your mind and body to not quit, to do the hard work of improving your health. It’s the duty you have to yourself and your family. Continue to stand strong Marcus. As a fan and a student from afar I look forward to your return, but not before you are truly ready.
My dear friend Marcus, so pleased to hear you once again, and looking so well (even though you migh not feel particularly bright) I would ask you not to rush back into work too soon. Make sure you are fully recovered before putting yourself under any stress. Stress is a killer, and none of us would want you to set your recovery back. Stay positive my friend, and focus on health.
We never know just how much we miss someone until they're not there. I've been so used to checking for your latest videos, and believe me, you have been missed. Not just for the golf videos, but for your empathy toward us lesser mortals and your positivity. Whatever health issues you are fighting, you are always in our thoughts, and we wish you nothing short of a complete recovery. I (as most of us do) watch tons of instruction videos, but the swing I always use is the Marcus Edblad swing. Looking forward to seeing you again in more videos. Best wishes to you and yours.

great to see and hear from you Marcus just over 30 years ago I met my wife shortly after she was diagnosed with kidney disease and then cancer we battled through it together and she is now enjoying an active lifestyle we learned then that the old saying "your health is your wealth " covers physical and mental health good luck and god bless you in your recovery 🙏
