Undoubtedly, there will be states that allow abortion, and states that forbid it. And as I understand it. No state can control the free movement of people from state to state, nor prevent individuals and institutions from paying to transport people from state to state for purposes legal in the receiving state. Abortion will continue to legally (and practically) exist even for the poor. BUT it keeps questions of "community morality" local, and keeps the finest US Congress that money can buy from selling out to the highest bidder.
