Beautiful prelude, and the ending just breaks my heart. While playing I really wanted it to end on a positive note, on the b flat major, but the darkening back to b flat minor hits deep for me.. Really like the way it turned out here, sometimes I have an idea how it should sound but the execution fails, but here it gives me goosebumps everytime listening to it

Beautiful, melancholy piece for a sad mood. But, the piece is not listed as a prelude, but as a ‘Morceaux’, Op. 31… if one is trying to find it. Again, Gamma, thank you for introducing another composer with gems to hear and play!

As a part of my vacation, I visited a score library in eastern europe a few days ago. There were very many interesting works by unknown composers and a 432 hz-tuned piano to try them. I had to think of you the whole time there...
