Five weeks maternity leave is barely enough time for the body to recover. Some people may be ready to be out of the home and away from the baby for 8+ hours a day, but this is not typical. And honestly dangerous to suggest five weeks is more than enough, especially when we have no guaranteed or paid leave in the US.

I started watching satc as a young Irish woman with kids trying to navigate marriage and motherhood and just escape into a world where I could laugh with 4 people who I felt a connection to, I adored it . I went to Manhattan 3 times to soak up the feeling they portrayed, I was the only one both times in the 1st screening of each movie. This is all to say, even though I tried, I have not given this show a minute after the scene where big died, or how they explained Samantha leaving. I am telling you as a day one the real fans are beyond disappointed and ye have taken a beloved show and ruined it.

The worst part was that Che's stand-up wasn't even funny, it was straight up mean. C'mon, they are sooo full of themself and it's Che who brings to their bed their husband - literally. Also: why did Carrie stay? To get an award for the worst friend ever?

Got to say, not the worst episode. Che's stand up is just awful, do they want us to hate that character or not? Poor actor playing that role. Frickin rollercoaster... also hearing these entitled, rich middle-aged writers talk about the processes makes me feel so bad and I just can't not watch it. It's very interesting to hear how different their world view is compared to 90% of the worlds population. It's like hearing gucci bags talk.

Can you writers please don’t shy away from using the ‘abortion’ word? We lost the Roe V Wade because we never normalized abortion. I understand network TVs have to worry about the advertisers. But this is premium network which shows nudity. Let’s start letting your characters having abortion and then feel no guilty with her decisions. Normalizing abortion on TV shows will make people comfortable with this action.

They damn well did this back in the 1970s with Maude. She had an abortion because she didn't want to have a baby in her late forties and she made a decision and went through with it. People were so much braver and stronger 50 years ago. The hack writers of this show think they're so edgy and cool but they're a pack of cowards.

Dear AJLT Writers: You missed a golden opportunity to land a killer burn with Niya's note to Andre Rashad & Baby Mamma. Niya should have sent a package of disposable diapers along with her comment about "disposable income." Evidence that your viewers know what's funny better than all y'all. I have hated nearly every moment of Season 2 and will not be wasting MY hard-earned disposable income on Max for Season 3.

Because they had to find a way to explain why he's incommunicado. If he's still alive, he would be calling, texting, zooming, flying in. Willie Garson asked that they not kill Stanford off, so the writers had to find a way of nicely explaining why you'll never hear from him againm

It was weird, but I heard the actor asked that they not kill off the character. I personally like the idea that Stanford is God's Concierge, but they could have done this sooner, or led in to it more gracefully. (Hey, it could have been a hastily scrawled sign: poochie went back to his home planet, but got killed on the way)

To the writers of AJLT (in case anyone is reading this): Please please PLEASE don’t bring back Che for the next season. This whole agenda is boring and not relevant to the target audience. Make another show if you want (I doubt it would get any good ratings with this character) but stop pushing it here. It has no place and doesn’t add anything to the story. I never heard a woman discussing “the other option” and saying she is so grateful she has that choice while sitting in her silk pajamas and turban talking to her rich husband in their expensive apartment. That was a failed effort for political statements. Decide what you want to do with Seema, LTW and Nya, no one understands why they exist. Give Anthony a decent storyline. You have a gem, and you leave it completely disregarded. This could be pure comedy and still pass a message. No one thinks gay men are caricatures anymore. Except you. The kids could have really interesting storylines to complete the 3 main characters’ journey, but again you are under/misusing them. You can do better. Thank you.

💯 ! I do find Seema to be an enjoyable character, but they have too many new characters they can't focus on making her story more believable. Her scene in ep 7? Or 8, can't remember which where she is telling Carrie about leaving the beach house was incredible writing. I want more of that with her if they are gonna keep her around.

@@fitkatlife2392 Exactly, this is the point. Instead of creating meaningful storylines that could keep us interested, they spent Seema either looking for her stolen bag, or picking up men. LTW is a caricature showing off clothes and a huge diamond, wearing wigs and “Elisabeth taylor” make up even when she sleeps. Nya is completely left alone and we don’t know what to think of her character. It is all a big mess

you definitely DON'T speak for all of us. I LOVE Seema& LTW.. not a huge fan of Nya but she's alright.. "noone understands why they exist?" um..... I do.. they are GREAT!! LTW and Seema are VERY inspiring!! and Che is ok and even tolerable IF she's NOT with Miranda.. her by herself is actually kinda cool and lots of energy.
