I’ve always thought that Aidan was too good for Carrie and that (in the end) she deserved the womanizer Mr. Big, but what do I know? 🤷🏻‍♀️

They showed in the preview Carrie meeting Aidan’s ex-wife Kathy (played by Rosemarie DeWitt aka Mrs. Ron Livingston aka "Jack Berger" aka Post-it note guy) at what looked like a cafe/coffee shop.. what’s gonna happen if Kathy (the mother of Aidan’s kids) doesn’t like Carrie? I’m also very curious how much Carrie came up in conversation during their 15 or so yrs of marriage? 🤔

Was she fun, a style icon, great at penning her failed love attempts into columns-yes! However, she was so self-indulgent, constantly involving her friends into her man troubles, and always kept running to the problem (Big) for the solution. Insanity at its finest

I dont think you ladies understood the Seema thing. She said Carrie had 2 great loves & she hasn’t had any. That was my favorite scene.. it was heartbreaking! I thought it was totally understandable how she felt & she explained it well. I didn’t find a REAL love till I was 39.. 8 yrs ago. So maybe it hit me harder than others.

Thank you so much for watching. I understand your perspective. I did admit in the video that I was on the fence about the situation. One moment I understood it and then I didn't. The way you described it here made much more sense. I didn't like how she was hiding from Carrie after ignoring several text message attempts. I think that's where it started to come off as immature. Thanks so much for providing additional insight! ☺

It seems that jealousy and feelings of envy always get a bad rap. Those feelings don't mean Seema wouldn't WANT Carrie to have those big loves (past and present), but if she needs some distance to manage her own feelings, I think that's fair (and human). "Immature" seems unnecessarily harsh. The question I agree with more is , why does Aidan always have to hang around??

Thanks so much for watching. I understand your perspective. I was really on the fence about thoughts regarding the situation and can agree "immature" might be a harsh description. I've never witnessed someone be so open about their feelings surrounding their friend being in a relationship. Although, I was a little put off by her avoiding Carrie in the salon. Carrie has always seemed to want to have her men around when it is/was LADIES ONLY invite. Never understood that about her.
